Might be because of how the SavedVariables are saved. They are only written to the files upon client exit (not upon client crash, that's why you sometimes lose data in that case). Whenever you log in with a toon that's not in the database, IIfA creates a database entry, and it checks all the items against the saved vars whenever you...
