I've tested these skills with v3.0.3 and it should be working right now.
I've gone back to 2.0.3 as some skills are still not showing for the full duration such as Leeching Strikes, Relentless Focus and Caltrops. Awesome addon, I hope you are able to correct this issue :-)

Didn't test with Hurricane, but i had several issues too in my vCoA2 pledge last night. Leeching Strikes, Relentless Focus and Deadly Cloak would start counting down and suddenly disappear. I don't know what made it happen, sometimes it seemed like bar swapping and sometimes not. Caltrops would not show timer at all.

I dont know why, but in my case things were a bit buggy with this version. Sometimes my non stacking abilities would have a stack counter on the corner, other times the timing on some abilities would show a wrong time left. I reverted to older version :( Hope you have a chance to test it a bit more, and fix these issues.

Hi,
Please can there be a 3 secs count down for Deep Fissure. I know it is not a cooldown but it is a duration timer and is darn annoying to lose it in between all my other buff timers.
Action Duration Reminder / Action Bar would be a great place for that 3 second timer.

Hey! It appears that casting Crippling Grasp on a target before it has fallen off at any time will cause the ability to reset to 0 seconds immediately. I don't have a video of this happening to myself, but here's a video of gilliamtherogue DPS testing on his magicka nightblade and it happens to him.
