Just a word for chat bubbles, as for now, they're is no way to work on it as the "bubble (black background + font + color)" is handled by 3d engine and not UI.
Sorry.
I find them ugly, but i cannot do anything on it.

Is there any way to have the chat tabs change color when a new message in a channel in that tab is received so I know to switch to it. Especially helpful when the volume is off or way down.

yeah, but send chat to edit box to ctrl+c it, is not reallly a good solution for me.
ps : v 1.13.1 reverted the whisp2char feature, because zos didn't fix its bug. grouping a char with a special character is today impossible.
