If you plan on adding pins for them to your addon. Can record those strange 4 number coors ( I assume /loc outputs like that? )
Sure. Need to find ALL places.
Also: Need to right click on founded item in the inventory>Link to chat>copy received string and record it with its coordinates.

ie i launched this soft in PTS addon folder but it detect and work only with main live folder
same with other windows user folders i run eso with, by /runas user

I managed to figure out what makes CS blow up on pts ;) It's Companions Equipment. If you have some in your inventory CS goes nuts. If you don't, everything seems to be working fine.

it autorestroy tutorial weapons and you cant complete it
I don't have time to test it in pts also. Just disable Dustman in the pts or disable the filter that it's destroying weapons and tell me which weapons it destroys (screenshots pls) if you want to be helpful.
