I am not able to reproduce this behavior.
From Srendarr's settings, General options, under Aura Control - Display Groups, I have "Your Proc Cooldowns" and "Your Short Buffs" Set to two separate windows to avoid confusion.
When Burning Spellweave procs, I get the 8 second timer in my Short Buffs window, and the 12 second cooldo...

Having issues with the Burning Spellweave proc timer - the expected behaviour should be that it activates for 8 seconds, goes on cooldown for 4 seconds, then only procs again once the full 12 seconds are up.
