Since Update both of those skills sometimes fail to track unless I recast them and sometimes not even then Same here on Wall of Elements, Mystic Orbs, beast Trap. I noticed this occurs only in combat when you refresh the skill while the cooldown timer is still blinking -- it works fine if you refresh say 0.5s before CD reach 0.
