 Provisioning and Alchemy Not Triggering?

It works for all the skills except for provisioning and alchemy. I've confirmed they're enabled in the skill options dropdown setting for the add-on.
I don't get the Lazy Writ Crafter thingy at the top for these two, like I do for the other skills, either. I don't see any errors being generated anywhere (chat or on screen)....
