I don't know if this is diagnostic, but on this character, everything was showing correctly, then I researched my next two items (Powered Ice and Lightning Staves), and the two most recent items I had researched (Powered Bows and Fire Staves) disappeared.

Character data is erased at each logon. do you have an example ? a screen and maybe your saved vars ?
Maybe you deleted a char and recreated with same name, or you play on both NA & EU with same char name ? I should have handled all issues but it can still have some little bugs.
