Nope it's not this lib but maybe any of your active addons that depend on this lib as they will automatically be switched off if you unload LibDialog!
So check your addons which use this libs.
Oh and btw: I heard the same problem from other addon devs in the past days, but related to no special addon. Maybe it's just a ZOs error...

No, LibDebugLogger is not only about error messages.
It will also show "debug" messages of addons (if you enable the Debug depth in the DebugLogViewer->LibDebugLogger settings menu) and "info" messages of them (this will show me the loaded addons + their version numbers).
