I'm using paint.net, but I can't figure out how to adjust the image. If I open the layer properties, it shows the opacity already at maximum. I don't know what I'm doing with paint.net apparently.
EDIT: Through MUCH trial and error and using DXTBmp along with paint.net, I think I've almost got it.
