Minion won't find add on folder

So, I have been trying for a couple months to get Minion to work. I am sharing the log from today only, as the whole log is very long, going back to 2020. I am on a Windows 11 PC using 32bit Minion 3.00.12

I searched the forums with no luck. I managed to get Minion to open, which is an improvement, but it still won't find any of the add-ons I have or search for new ones. Here is the log and .xml files. Can someone help please?

Hello TCarlos23,

did you read the sticky troubleshooting guide at the op of the minion forums already and tried the steps in there?
-> Especially points about MS OneDrive and point 15 about folder depth

From the log file extract I can see it throws an error java.util.ConcurrentModificationException which I cannot understand without the total log file.
Could be an issue with your detected games and/or your addons in your game's folders.
I can only see that Minion closes a few seconds after it was shown. But that could have been you, manually closing it.
The log says that all kind of ESO addon folders got removed and are not there anymore so I assume your XML file points to a wrong folder for ESO.

Go ingame and take a screenshot, and look at the top right corner of your screen. It shows you a folder there where the screenshot is saved.
Remove the /Screenshot at the end and that folder + /AddOns is the folder that the ESO game searches your AddOns in.

Close Minion, make sure to really close any open Minion.exe task in the taskmanager!
Then uninstall Minion via the uninstaller (start menu or windows control panel -> software -> uninstall).
-> Make sure that you choose to delete the configuration too if the uninstaller asks you via a popup!

Check that this folder is not existing anymore after uninstallation of Minion:
C:\Users\trace\AppData\Local\Minion
If it is still there, delete it completely.

Create the folder c:\Minion
In your Antivirus tools allow that folder (whitelist/exclusion list) before you

Download the newest Minion version from www.minion.gg -> Windows 32bit version
Install Minion to that folder c:\Minion, instead of installing to the default directoy C:\Users\trace\AppData\Local\

Run Minion and see if that works now.
If not we need your minion xml and log files "attached" (and not only parts of them) to see what is happening there after a fresh install.

Edit:
Acording to the error java.util.ConcurrentModificationException and Lee J. Cook's answer you might also need to remove all addons from your addons folder and then start Minion, see if that works.
Then properly install the addons that were in your addons folder before via Minion again.
-> Check that you install the correct addons, and not only langauge files/patches!
Only install a few addons first and checkif Minion still works fine. If the problem occurs again note which addon you installed last and report it here, togeter with your complete log file (maybe zip it if it got too big but after a new install it should not be too big).
