PLEASE HELP! I've still been dealing with my 28 year old brother passing and now my father is in the hospital with a major stroke that has paralyzed his entire left side. My disability was reduced to $629 recently, and trying to make it between home and where he is (about 100 miles one-way) is tough. I need to be with him though. If there is anything you can do to help it would mean a lot. (6-19-24) |

Re: Icons Overlapping
@Silmos - You can actually drag MRL's icon bar anywhere you want and it will remember the position next time you use a cooking station. Just click and hold over the book icon to drag the bar around.

@PAPYFROG - Hmm... If it says that command is invalid then either MRL is not enabled (check if dependencies are installed) or else something is messed up or missing from its files. Typing that command should return the following after a brief pause:

@PAPYFROG - Did you try doing /mrl update in chat and waiting for it to say update complete, then /reloadui to save the database?
This addon has an automated self-update feature that runs when the game downloads a new patch that changes the database contents to look for new recipes or ones the game has removed. If this doesn't finish for some reason (reloading before it is done, game crashes before a clean reload/logout so the new database isn't saved, etc.) then MRL will not work until either the update completes cleanly, or you do the above manually.

Re: Unmark known recipies
@Alaren96 - Just clicking the total tracked text down at the lower left clears all currently tracked recipes. That should fix what you described if it happens again or you just want to reset your currently tracked recipes.

Unmark known recipies
I know there's a "Mark all recipes the selected character does not know" option, but is there a way to do the reverse? I mistakenly pressed the "Mark all recipes" button, and now all of the ones I know are marked, the only way I see to undo it is to go through everything and untick it.
EDIT: for now I just edited the code so that when you press the button to mark all char does not know, it will also un-mark any the char does know.

I noticed today that the new option to go to the Fillet section of the provisioning interface does not work at all provisioning stations in homes.
I have a campfire in my home and the option does not switch when I try to use it. I have not yet tried it with other variations of the provisioning station in homes. |

Re: Re: A22B94C0 Error
@Darbii Rue, @HuntGod - I am not able to reproduce this error, however I did add a safety check which should avoid it for those that have it.
I was able to craft several furniture items at the clothing station with no error. I also tried enabling/disabling the popup tooltip and moving it around and closing/re-opening the station. The line referenced is checking the control assigned to the item tooltip. My guess is that some other addon is doing something to the crafting station. Either it is forcing an update in a non-standard way or else possibly hijacking the crafting startup function in an unclean way (overwriting base game code) that prevents the control from being set. This fix should avoid the error however you may not be able to move the item tooltip, hide it, or have it remember its position. I would check if you have any other addons installed that modify the crafting station interface and try disabling them temporarily. If you can identify which ones are causing a conflict I can either try to make a workaround or possibly talk to the authors about correcting any unsafe code. |
