CraftStore has this feature since version 2.00. If you have several items with the same trait, CraftStore marks the item with the lowest level and lowest quality for you. So you know, you need exactly this item for research. If you use this item (if it is gone) CraftStore marks the next item in the row for you. All other items with this trait you can handle like you want, they do not get a mark. Guild Bank storing i have removed, because not every one has a own guild bank and most are not for free use, so items are not savely stored so scan up to 2500 additional slots is a useless performance lag.

New feature

There is an add-on that keeps track of your gear in your bags and bank. Lets you know if you're holding more than enough of each trait gear so you can get arid of the extra's to save space. It would be awesome if CraftStore could also do something like this. Then it would be all in one add-on.

I also have a separate Guild bank full of research gear but not sure if you'd add guild bank as most don't have a guild bank all to themselves. But would also be nice for those that do.

Sorry, I've used the wrong term. On the character level 50 blacksmith (Thandios) he is rank 6, but shows as rank 00. He is also rank 5 woodwork but shows as 00. Sorry, hope this is clear

Character Summary missing info

I run 4 alts in the same level range and have 3 all crafting woodworking. I try to do writs on the one who is lowest level, so opened craftstore and clicked on my character name to open up the summary window to check what level each was at.

Although the crafting ranks where showing for all, I had one character which (although level 34) showed as level 00 in woodworking. I logged that character in and back out, but the level shown in the summary was still 00. Will I need to delete the variables file and load all characters up again to refresh this or is there an easier way to make sure it picks up the correct level info?

Thanks....I just can't live without this add-on
Edit: In this image you can see no rank displayed or the 1st and 3rd character, but ranks shown for the 2nd & 4th.

Amazing!

This addon is absolutely amazing and I love it. Don't know how I gamed before it.

I do have one question, and I'm sure it's just me doing something wrong in the settings, but the trait research tracker doesn't seem to be accurate. It was showing me items marked purple even when I needed them on the current character, and then I changed something (no idea what) and it stopped doing that, but I'm not getting red flags on items I should be (only one of them is flagged, when there should be five).

Can you let me know what settings I need to do to fix it?

I was only asking about the info overlay on items, not the whole UI. I know it would never make sense for the entire plugin to work that way.

As for "cruel gamepad interface", there is no reason to be harsh. Normally I would agree with you, as I am a hardcore PC gamer and don't even own a console. But the harsh truth is this game is easier to play for long periods of time with a controller than a mouse, especially for people like me who have bad wrists after 40 years of living, working, and playing on computers

Identifying needed research traits

Would it be possible to add a function to the addon that allows you to see if you need a particular trait on another character from your inventory. Essentially the same idea you already have in the main grid idea, where you can mouse over the plus signs and see traits you have the gear to research from, just added to the item summary in your item inventory. Every time I pick up a piece of equipment with a trait on it, I have to open up the grid and go through each of my characters to see if I've picked up gear with new researchable traits and it's quite a time sink. If I could see at a glance in the tooltip window when mousing over said equipment, it would cut down on a lot of hassle.

@LostGamer: The right-click-amount is the possible maximum (if < 50) or 50. It cannot be changed. If you want to craft a different amount, type it in the quanitiy field and left click the rune/food you want to craft. The upper limit is 50, to avoid a server kick for bot behavior.
Your other suggestions i will handle if possible.

Absolutely love and need this mod, so you can imagine my sadness when I recently started using the Gamepad UI and discovered that CraftStore no longer adds the info the item details.

Is there anyway to make this work with the new gamepad API or is it just not doable?
