Scan All Listings fails
I'm trying to use the "Scan All Listings" functionality but I get a message about too many requests sent at once. Is this an incompatibility between TTC and AwesomeGuildStore or is there something else going on? I'm happy to scan guild traders to help keep the website updated, but my poor R key is getting tired.

Like I saw it updated the pricelist and then the other item "listings" (or what you said "sold items of guild mates") came in and it scrolled and scrolled so that first lines were gone already (item price list update was not in the list anymore as it stopped to scroll?). And I cannot see and date or time when items got sold, so it's hard to see if any iem listed there is a sold one... There are thoussands of items sold. Also there is no way for me to search the sold items history at guild store history, so I was not able to find any of the items scrolled in chat in teh guild store sold history so far. Can't you just change the texts so one can directly see if it's listed or sold items? If you need translations for German just tell me the texts and I can help you.

Sme issue
I have been logged off of ESO for a few hours now and when I launch the TTC client it list several items updated. Why??? |

My mistake was that I searched for a copy of "AddOns" folder while I should have looked for a copy of "Client.exe" specifically. Thanks for help! And I have one more question: should I scan my guild store listings every time I have a chance or one scan per day is enough? I noticed that even without scanning my listings appear on the site almost immediately |

Hi,
my TTC client, once started as ESO is not running, shows me listings as updated listings of items that were listed months ago. The items belong to an ESO account where I did not login for a few weeks now. Is this normal that the client will show those, as I logged in a few days ago the first time since weeks, as updated? They are not even listed anymore. Maybe the client should just silently fail on items listings that got added more than the maximum list - time in the past? |

ttc stopped working :(
Hello! TTC worked just fine until yesterday and then he stopped working and showing prices. The TTC launcher says that "the prices have been updated" (like it usually does) and does not issue any errors. Only error I get is "ERROR. Item look up table is missing. You need to run Client under Documents/......" showing up in game. Sadly I can't remember did the crash happen before or after update, but I remember the fact that there was an update that day. Yesterday I did nothing with it and today I tried to fix it.
I tried the following: 1) Reinstalled the addon from both ESOUI and tamrieltradecentre_com, several times 2) Of course I ran the client.exe under the folder (I did that everytime before launching the game). I even tried to run it as administrator, though I don't have any antivirus or win. defender to block it 3) Restarted my PC 4) Reloaded UI a bunch of times while in game 5) Deleted config in AppData 6) Checked if there is another "Addons" folder. There isn't. I still tried a solution you wrote not long ago: "1.Make a back up of Document/Elder Scrolls Online folder, delete it and let the game creates it again. Close the game and copy the backup one back." and "2.Do a global search for addon folder and identify the ones that contains ESO addons that you use. Take a backup and delete those." And those actions did not help either 7*) I can't delete variable file because there is no variable file for TTC in .../SavedVariables (it containes variables from other my addons tho) 8*) I'm sure the game itself is up-to-date What else can I do to fix it? I checked FAQ and some forums but there are only solutions that I have already tried It will take me eternity but I'm thinking about reinstalling the game and reinstalling all addons, will it possibly help to resolve my issue? p.s. all other addons are working well

Edit: Also been meaning to ask, I logged into the Client long ago with the wrong username, and so it scans the wrong listings from time to time. Not a big issue, but I've never been able to find a way to log out of the client so I can get the right account on it. On top of that, I went to the settings of the client to disable my own listing scans because of this issue, but the only option I have with the client is Auto-start. Cheers x2

Hey, having same issue as some users below. Since version 4.12.842.21934, I'm seeing, "TTC: detected 1 x [...] has been sold..." about 28 times today, though only 1 item was actually sold. The rest are sales from days prior.
