https://github.com/alt22247/TTCBeta Would appreciate if anyone wants to give it a try and let me know if it fixes the scan problem without breaking others To apply the beta patch, simply download and replace TamrielTradeCentre.lua, bindings.xml in your \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\TamrielTradeCentre folder |

Sorry the web client hasn't been updated for a while. Got busy with life lately. Will try to fix it in the future. |

Could this maybe have something to do with my having two ESO accounts? (one on Steam, one non-Steam with a separate ESO installation but same addon folder in /Documents) |

Starting on 2019/01/13, when attempting to scan my trade guild's entire listings using TTC, the process dies part-way through with the error "Too Many Searches in Rapid Succession". Don't know if this is a new feature getting in the way or something that has been present all along, but I have never noticed it before.
Dug into the TTC code, learned about GetTradingHouseCooldownRemaining()... but TTC's current implementation doesn't seem to help avoid the "Too Many Searches in Rapid Succession". The whole guild store interface and its search function is glitchy to begin with, I assume due to generic latency, packet loss, general environmental network issues, which doesn't help (even without "Too Many Searches" errors I generally have to restart full listing searches 3-5 times to work around these issues, basically retry until I get a successful full scan, verified by receiving a final page with fewer that 100 items on it). But beyond this, it would appear that the game's own indication of how long to wait for it to be "legal" to advance the search seems to be bogus... i.e. the game tells you it is "legal" to advance the search at a particular rate, but then punishes you for "Too Many Searches in Rapid Succession" when you do so. At the moment, the TTC addon hardcodes an additional delay of "300" (I assume milliseconds) before advancing a full-listing search to the next page. I increased this hardcoded value to "2000", which improved full-listing search reliability to the point that at least the "Too Many Searches" problem went away. Could we get an TTC addon option (numeric slider) to control the magnitude of this additional delay (say, from "300"/default to "3000" or some other suitable large number), so we can adjust the page advance timing empirically to achieve more reliable full-listing search? As well, an automated search based on guild store search constraints entered by the user would be helpful. Currently, initiating a "Scan All Listings" clears the search constraints entered by the user before initiating the search. Right now I am vending a couple hundred duplicate motif pages (earned over the summer and then during ESO's "End of Year Events" that enabled the Indrik mount, i.e. the Witches Festival and etc). For my current purposes, the ability to do automated scans (i.e. scans that don't require me to manually advance through search results, page by page) on just legendary/purple crafting motifs could also help cut down on the volume of data, and therefore search duration, and improve search reliability. Thanks. |

I've tried running the client multiple times now but my listing (a motif page) never gets uploaded to the website. I've tried reinstalling the addon and scanning entire guild store this one item is not getting uploaded. no problem with other stuff. Anyone else had this problem?

I have tried to use the web site to upload the TamrielTradeCentre.lua. After I pick the correct file, nothing happens and this error in the browser console: "ArugumentException: (ESOTradeEntry) luaObject, guildName or guildKioskLocationID is null"
Is there a script to upload the file?

Item Name Error In TTC Database
As shown in this image of a Guild Store Trader, the name of the item Big-Eared Ginger Kitten's "Care and Feeding Guide" does not contain a backslash (\) character: https://i.imgur.com/ztVHJGG.png
As shown in this image of the TTC Search display by Firefox, the item name contains 2 backslash characters: https://i.imgur.com/DyBhU4A.png A search for that item with the backslash characters always fails to find one. The website search also does not find the item after I manually delete the backslash characters from the name. Although I have not used another browser to access the TTC website, I doubt that Firefox causes the error since deleting the backslash characters fails to return any Guild Store which has the item. So I sent my character to several Guild Traders, found three which had that Runebox Fragment for sale, and bought the one that cost the least. Thank-you for your time and attention to this issue. I use TTC almost every TESO play session to search for items, and the pricing tooltips for items is often very, very useful, too. |

Feature Request
Great addon. Use it everytime I post something for sale or make purchases. Was wondering though. One thing MasterMerchant has that this mod lacks is craft cost for items. In MM's tooltip it displays the craft cost of items. This is especially useful when selling furniture as sometimes hard to find or rare furnishings don't have any past sales to draw suggested pricing data HOWEVER a craft cost could give us an idea what to sell said item for in those cases. Anyway of this being implemented?
