Re: Re: Client won't run
But here's something that may help you track it down: That first day, I scanned my guilds as suggested. When I scanned my Guild#1 it said "Guild does not have a Kiosk" -- but that guild DID have a Kiosk. Then I changed to my Guild#2 using the dropdown at the TOP of the window, then switched to the listings tab to see what I had listed that hadn't sold yet. When I did that, I got 2 messages in the chat about how the record for the guild has been updated. --- One message for Guild#1 and one for Guild#2. Then I noticed that even though I had Guild#2 selected and was indeed looking at listings for that guild, I looked at the keybinds list at the very bottom of the screen and that "choose-guild" keybind still had the name of Guild#1 instead of Guild#2 (ZOS Bug!). So I think maybe you have a list of guilds in your savedvars and Guild#1 was not put into that list, but when I switched to the listings tab, your addon saved some data about Guild#1, without adding the guild to the list. ... maybe??? |

Re: Client won't run
In the mean while you can try to Clear Recorded Entries in game by going into Addon Settings -> Tamriel Trade Centre -> Clear Recorded Entries and see if that helps. |

Re: Feature requests
2. The reason for the pop up is so that you can keep your last search filter. I might have to think of another way to deal with that if the pop up is annoying some people. 3. last seen is indeed sorting all pages. But entries posted by the trader him/herself will show up before the "community" ones Thanks for the comments and I will find ways to improve based on them. |

Question
Could you please explain the math behind all the numbers on the tooltip?
Specifically, what is the "TTC Suggested Price" and why is it a range? Is this how much I should sell it for or how much I should buy it for? IOW, If I find it for sale and the sale price is above this range of "Suggested Price", does that make it a bad deal? Should I look for it cheaper somewhere else? Min and Max I understand (they're obvious), but "Average" is ambiguous, since when someone says "Average", they could be talking about Mean, Median, or Mode. Which way is your "Average" calculated? Is it weighted? And why is "Suggested Price" different from "Average"? |

Feature requests
This addon is great - there are a number of improvements that would make things even better
1. Have an in-game reminder option to scan your guild store at the interval you ask for - that way listings will be recent on the website search. 2. On the website itself, having the search pop open in a new tab is annoying. Please disable or make it optional. 3. In the search results, while you can sort by the "last seen" date, you it only sorts the 1 page of listings, not all of the listings. Make it actually re-order all 20 pages of listings in the sort, or optionally add a search option to narrow down by last seen date within a number of days, < 7 days old, < 2 days old, etc. Along with the regular guild scan update reminders, this will allow website searchers to find recent listings all across Tamriel without the hike. Thanks so much for all your wonderful development work! |

Hi!
I use a Mac to play ESO. Have you ever used Wine on MacOSX to run Window's apps on Mac? There are a few apps that can do this, Wine, Wineskin, Winebottler. Not sure if you have a Mac to test this with? I unfortunately do not have the knowhow to do this but would've loved to help! |

Was working...now getting error
I was using this addon for several weeks, now I get the following error upon loggting into the client on my PC... Any ideas of why it stopped working?
This application has encountered an error and is forced to shut down System.ArgumentException: The directory name C:\Users\Woody\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\TamrielTradeCentre\TamrielTradeCentre\Client\../../../SavedVariables is invalid. at System.IO.FileSystemWatcher.set_Path(String value) at ESOTradeDesktop.MainWindowViewModel.Initialize() at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(Object state) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart() |
