Known Issues: v3.1.1.0

None.

3.0.0.2
Complete re-write of the addon. The re-written addon has the look and feel of the old version but the mechanics work much smoother and the code is optimized.
Migrated Addon to Ravalox' addon catalog.

2.3.5.2
Updated to support ESO 2.2.4

2.3.5.1
Updated to correct "T" key quest cycle behaviour. (with thanks to Circonian for his assistance!)
Completed quest steps (for quests with mutliple steps showing) will now be greyed out)

Known Issues:
* QT UI flashes on the screen during questgiver conversations (and assorted other times).
* Under certain circumstances, Crafting quests (certification and writs) cannot be selected
by mouse. They can still be cycled by "T" key or Journal menu.

I have a partial fix in the works for the flashing issue. Circonian had written a modification that corrects the flashing but the QT UI scrambles when the Journal menu is used to change quests or a new quest is added. I've put in additional code that corrects this but causes an additional update issue. (therefore this fix is a WIP)

Since the Cycling of the Crafting Writs is a sporadic issue (it's affecting only two of my characters on my client, so ... odd.) I will work towards a solution, but it will not be as high a priority. :-)

2.3.4.0
Corrected code to work with ZOS changes to internal quest tracker. (They are preparing for Gamepad and Keyboard integration causing changes to ZOS Quest source code.)

2.3.3.3
This update is to support ESOTU 2.1 (API 1.7)
**NOTE: This addon is currently broken. Additional code needs to change to make it compatible with ZOS' quest tracker API changes.

2.3.3.2
This update (2.3.3.2) only updates supporting documentation to reflect the transition from Wykkyd to Ravalox and Balkoth under the name of Exodus Code Group. The LUA addon/library code has not been changed.

It is fully functional? It doesn't list quests you don't have in your log, that is impossible without massive data collection throughout the entire game by players running a data collection addon. Work I absolutely have not done (nobody has, to my knowledge). At no point does this addon claim to list quests you haven't done. There is nothing in the API that reveals incomplete or unseen quests.
So if all it requires is data mining then why not add an option to your current Quest tracker to allow data to be sent to you so that sometime in the future you could add a feature showing every quest in an area. You'd be surprised how many would be willing to help with something like this. However I only know basic programming so I don't know how difficult it would be to apply something like that.
It's data mining, reporting back to a central hub, coallating that data and then dispersing it to other players. Not I have the time to wrangle or manage at this point. I started to do it during PTS but got so bogged down, and with quests changing each patch... it just wasn't worth my time in pursuing.

I did ask the Zenimax developers in person to add a "baked in" feature to reveal quests you might have missed but that doesn't seem to have gotten any traction.

I get that this is a desired feature. I 100% agree with the desire. It just needs to be done by someone who's focus is solely on that feature and has the time to dedicate to doing it properly.

Yes, use options and slide the opacity of the background color picker to the left all of the way.

You possibly updated while the change was still pending approval. Try re-installing. (it's a bug I've reported already to ESOUI staff).
thanks man this worked! i just saw and installed wykkyds gamig suite. do you think I can uninstall the single entries within Minion like grouping tools, outfitter etc and keep my settings while I have only the gaming suite installed?

also, can I donate somewhere? i feel you deserve something for your work!
I have not tried to do any of that. I would suggest telling minion to uninstall all of them (even the suite), and then re-installing the suite.

There's a donate tab at the top of every download page. Thanks for anything you can spare, every penny helps.

You possibly updated while the change was still pending approval. Try re-installing. (it's a bug I've reported already to ESOUI staff).

Same issue here
The post you quoted was old and prior to 1.4.16.1. Make sure you're on the latest version of Framework & Quest Tools, this has absolutely been fixed. If you're still having issues after both are on 1.4.16.1 or later, delete your saved variables file and start fresh.

Saved Variables file can typically be found at:

Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online/Live/SavedVariables/mhQuestTools.lua
