TK Skill Tracker gives you the ability to track your class, weapon, armor, world, guild, racial, and trade skills on-screen.

Features:

Custom Keybindings: Enable or disable the skill tracker window via custom keybindings set within the in-game Controls > Keybindings menu

Auto-Hide: Skill tracker window will auto-hide itself when navigating other menus for convenience

I appreciate your feedback. I wrote this skill tracker simply because the default skill menu requires too many clicks to see the rank and XP progress of each class, weapon, and armor skill. In the future, I will expand the functionality to include all skill types, including trade skills, with a settings screen allowing you to activate check boxes for specific skills you would like to track instead of displaying all of them. Skill XP notifications will also be written to the chat window as you mentioned.

its not always up, you can toggle it with a button press if you customize it in the controls menu of the game. the addon description clearly states that feature.

will it track individual skills for each weapon or the skills/ultimates in each class in a later version? guild skill trees? maybe you can make different menus for each one because of how many skills each one has (Class/weapons/armor/guilds) thats only 4 menus =) just some things to think about
