Dungeon Tracker
(Formerly Dungeon Levels)

(Click your flag to translate the page. Addon includes in-game support for all listed languages.)

REQUIRED LIBRARIES: LibAddonMenu

This addon adds completion and achievement information to dungeon (group and public) and trial tooltips, and overhauls the activity finder. It allows you to see quickly from the tooltip whether you have completed the global achievement for a group dungeon, public dungeon or trial, as well as visually tracking hard mode, timed trial, and no death achievements. Information is shown separately for normal and veteran versions. Also, for dungeons with multiple versions (I and II) the tooltips now show both.

Addon Settings contain many options to enable and disable various features. There are options for modifying map tooltips as well as the group finder and customizing the display.

There are many options and information you can track:
  • NEW: Click button to automatically select all dungeons for which you have not yet done the skill point quest at the LFG queue (can choose normal or veteran).
  • NEW: Show per-character group dungeon skillpoint quest completion status! (Thanks to the authors of LibUespQuestData which I referenced for the quest ID's.)
  • NEW: Shows current character's skillpoint completion for public delve tooltips.
  • Show a list of global dungeon achievement completion status on the Group Finder selection list tooltips.
  • Show a list of global dungeon/achievement completion status on dungeon (group and/or public) or trial map pin tooltips.
  • Show current characters' group challenge skillpoint completion status on public dungeon map pin tooltips.
  • Show global completion status of the achievement to defeat all bosses on public dungeon map pin tooltips.
  • Show global progress towards the meta achievements to complete all group and public dungeons in each faction on all tooltips.
  • Show missing dungeon description text Zenimax created to the specific dungeon finder tooltips in a style-conscious way.

Known limitations:

You will need to actually discover a group or public dungeon or a trial in order to see extra information in the tooltip. Addons like Map Pins MAY allow you to see the tooltips without visiting (needs testing).

Gold donations are always welcome!

- Changed the way group dungeon map pin tooltips display information for dungeons with more than one version: Instead of stacking both the I and II information and causing the tooltip to cover or even extend past the entire screen, looking cluttered and terrible, you can now press (and hold) shift to switch between version I and version II information when viewing map pin tooltips for those dungeons.

Version 1.02a:
- Just a small update to add localization to POI names for non-English clients.

Possibly if you were using another addon to copy addon settings it may have had a glitch? It could have also been a major update in the past to Dungeon Tracker reset the saved variables (I can't remember the last version I did this) which would require you to log into eack of your characters once before their data would show correctly again.

Sometimes if you are seeing behavior you don't expect, having something like that happen in the middle of it can seem like it is part of a larger problem when really it is two separate things happening? Anyway I hope at least you can reliably see each separate account's data from its unique table, as it would be a fairly significant game bug if these tables were getting mixed up by the game somehow.

Thank you for answer.
I will look at it. I will try at first delete saved variables for dungeon tracker and dissable all other addons. Then I will make tests.
Because when Dungeon tracker keeps data for each account and server I should see everything after relogs between accounts.
So...
Unfortunately. Tried.
I deleted the saved variables.
I left only Deungeon Tracker and LibAddonMenu-2.0 inside Addons folder.
I logged into acc "A" with a few characters, I saw which toon was in the dungeon.
Then I logged out, closed the game and logged in to acc "B" where I logged in with a few characters to see who was in the dungeon.
After that I logged out again, closed the game and logged back into acc "A" and? blank. Data deleted, I saw again only the actually logged character and not the others from the beginning of the test.

Re: Update...

Hello Phinix!
When I wrote that comment my Dungeon tracker worked like that:
Example:
Two accounts...
Account "A"have 4 toons and three of them have CoH I.
Account "B" have 6 toons and two of them have CoH I.
But when you relog from acc "A" where you see 3 toon at CoH I to acc "B" and then back to acc "A" you don't see any data from that three toons at CoH I on that acc A.
Maybe it was/is my problem with addons.

I just tested this and it is keeping the "all characters" setting for me between logins. Is this still a problem for you?

The addon DOES currently maintain data for multiple accounts. HOWEVER, the data of other character completion status is only available for characters on the current account. If you switch accounts and log into a character, they will be able to see other tracked character completion data, but only for that account.

I will look into possibly allowing completion status to show for characters of multiple accounts at the same time (seeing other account characters on current account) however this can cause problems with accounts you use on the machine that aren't yours showing, or the list of characters becoming huge and blocking other elements or scrolling off the screen.

For the life of me, I cannot get this addon to work.

I have the addon and all the supporting ones installed. My dungeon finder has never looked any different than normal. I'm only level 28, but I've done all the dungeons up to that point that have unlocked. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

How to keep settings for more accounts? [

Hello I want to ask...
I have two eso accounts and want to keep
Dungeon quest completion settings synchronized between two accounts.
Everytime when i change acc settings for "Show Dungeons Quest" are sets to "Current Character" but i want to have "All characters".
But everytime when i change acc this option will set back to "Current Character" i noticed in savevariables that it is "kQuestMap". How to keep ["kQuestMap"] = 1 ?? every change of account it set back to 2.
And current savevariable is only for one account.
Its possible to maintain settings with more than one account?
Thank you.

EDIT: I think i figure it out... Changed kQuestMap for 1 inside default.lua BUT, it will keep characters data?
EDIT2: No it don't hold data for other account. Pity this is great addon but I have two accounts on one PC so it could be great if it can hold data for more than one account.

But the data would always be incomplete and prone to errors, which is why I opted not to include it.
There is still a Group Event related Achievement that is per-character, unlike Champions-splaying one that is account-wide. Cannot logic be based on it? Also, there are dungeon-specific quests that could be used as last resort - I think Group Event Achievement would be better, but anything works.

List of characters that completed (or not-completed) Public Dungeon

Would it be possible to add the list of characters that completed (or not-completed) Public Dungeon in a way similar to how it's displayed for Group Dungeons?

I don't think someone has mentioned it as of yet, but have you considered adding in a queue missing button on the dungeon queue window? I've been using Dungeon Queue 4 Stickerbook for this functionality. It has one for both quests and item sets, but I feel like yours is already replicating some of the functionality of Dungeon Queue (and you're updating things!).

Re: Re: Meaning of the dungeons shown in green

Yeah, I apoligize, it was from Group & Activity finder extensions.

Sounds like you are maybe describing features from another addon. This one shows a list of characters who have completed the dungeon skill point quest, public dungeon skillpoint challenges, and various achievements. This info is shown on the tooltips for dungeons and public dungeons and on the activity finder popup tooltips. It doesn't change the color of the dungeon names though.

Maybe if you could link to a screenshot I might get a better idea what you are referring to, or maybe recognize what addon is doing what you describe.
