Re: Re: New Update Posted Should See Shortly
You may also want to check out the new zone layout by disabling "show Classic FCMQT Zones (Hybrid)", especially if you use the auto hide zone option. |

New Update Posted Should See Shortly
## 0.95.b12
- Revamped Menu Options - API Bump, ready for Summerset - Started rework of Zones in the coding, please provide feedback. - Added new Zone View - Shows only Zone names, so all guild quests, crafting quests, will show under the zone the quest is in. - Turn off the option "Show Classic FCMQT Zones (Hybrid)" - Quests will now have their Quest Type included in their Title - Example "Shadow of Sancre Tor (Main Story)" instead of "Shadow of Sancre Tor" - This does not show when "Show Class FCMQT Zones (Hybrid)" is turned on. - Created new Menu Option, "Show Quest Types" - If "Show Quests Area Name" is turned off then all options for zone are disabled. - Renamed "Titles" in menu options to "Quest Names", find that more appropriate. - Settings (Menu) is separated into own LUA file Currently reworking zone coding, and cleaning up a few things. Looking for a better solution to show only the current zones quests. |

Re: Re: Re: Re: CLockwork city little problem
Been spending some time on this issue, I was able to duplicate the problem when I use the option only show quests in current zone. I did find out that yes they do have quests that indicates the quest is for example the quest in question is reporting it is in zone Clockwork City, though you quest goals are in Brass Fortress. Brass fortress has a different Zone IDX so the addon is seeing it as a different zone so the quest does not display if you are only showing current quests. I am in the process of reworking some of the code in regard to how zones are handled, and this is on my list. Another large item is instead of breaking out Main Story and Guild quests as an example in its own "zone", instead have an option where they show up in the zone they belong to. It will indicate it is a specific type of quest in the name such as "Blood Relations (Dungeon)" will show in the Glenumbra zone. This however does not fix the Clockwork city issue. For now I would not recommend to use the option "Show quests in Current Zone" until I have some time find a better way to handle it. Enable Auto Hide Zone option does however work and shows the quests in Clockwork City and Brass Fortress. It will list zones you have quests for. You would have to have your focused quest in the clockwork city zone and it will show all of them. Advantage to Enable Auto Hide Zone, is it reduces the screen space the tracker takes up, as the zones you do not have selected only show the zone name and no quest info until you cycle the tracker to that zone. |

Re: Re: Re: CLockwork city little problem
UPDATE
Please, do not bother with that, the addon works fine for me in all zones but that one BUT only for a personal wish. Also this character is actually low level and have a something like 22 / 25 quests, so its a lot of quests :P As soon as i move on the other areas, everything is perfect, the zone and quests hide where i wish and show only what i want. I think that ZOS did something particular with the place *the brass fortress* though as they are no reason that i can only show those quests and not the 22 i that area lol But as i said, no worry i am rushing to finish all so i will not have to bother with it final test : So yes i have the quests showing IF and only IF i do not select the option : show quests in current area only. (seems that Brass fortress and clockwork city are considered by the game as 2 differents area, strange stuff ) Its ok i will manage with that. I prefer no quest showing rather than 25. I know i can choose the number of quests too, but doing so, if i reduce the number the selection is made so i can not see the area i am in but i can only see the quests in all other parts of the world lol. And if thats really bother me i will use yours and ravalox for that area Dont worry i can adapt back on game and testing again. Logging hubby account on my computer and with the basic settings of the addon, all works fine Now i really scratch my head too lol so i went back on my character look at the addon settings and found out the option to revert to default. All working. with the default option and here now the tricky part. What i want to show on the tracker is ONY THE QUESTS IN THE AREA I AM IN. and i do not want to see the name of any of the area beside the one i am in. i mean that glenumbra, gold coast etc showing while i am in clockwork is just taking all space on my screen, and i dont need those at all. So i do this to start : - Show quests in current zone only As soon as i do this, no quests ever show up so i will go on and test every possible option to have what i had before the last change as it was working fine for me. and i will come back to you if i found something.

Re: Re: CLockwork city little problem
What are your settings in the quest tracker or PM contents of saved vars file. At this point I am scratching my head to see how it is happening for you. |

CLockwork city little problem
seems i cant have the clockworkcity for the area *brass fortress* quests to show up.
Crafting, dailies, Vvardenfell, and every other zones works fine, but i have no quest showing up when in fact i have 3. Is there an option that changed and i would miss ? Thank you UPDATE : so i can see the quests of clockworkcity but only if i am outside the city, which is not very easy when you have to do a lot of quests inside the city, called The brass Fortress* Is there an area ID different for that part ? I will make a test by using only the game tracker and see if it is the same. I will post after that. --------------------- I can confirm that with the game tracker i can have the quests inside the city showing up. Removing all addons but this one and testing again. After disabling all addons but yours, the quests inside the clockworkcity brass fortress do not show at all. I can see them outside the city but not inside. I made then a test with Ravalox'quest tracker and all the quests are showing. I do not remember having this problem with old version of yours, so i will make a another test with an old version

I think I found it
Thank you Playstyle and Anceane for your comments.
Between both your posts, playstyle pointing out he gets the error and he is setup not load outdate addons, and Anceanes comment about folder structure, I believe I found the issue. Not to mention I have some of the same libs listed as out of date as well. It was in fact the lib folder structure killing it, I did not see the error for one I do allow outdated addons, and two the libs were still loaded from other addons. I redid the structure and it appears to be fixed. Let me know if the latest update does not work. |

I have a lot of addons installed, so finding any (reproducable) conflicts will be hard. In ESO's Add-Ons menu both Lib;MediaProvider and LibStub are shown as out of date. I dont have Allow out of date addons enabled. EDIT: Sent you a pm with my saved variables.

line 8 = local LMP = LibStub("LibMediaProvider-1.0")
if you go on your .txt the path for the lib is Libs/LibMediaProvider-1.0/LibMediaProvider-1.0.lua but in fact the folder is done like this Libs/LibMediaProvider-1.0/LibMediaProvider-1.0/LibMediaProvider-1.0.lua with a second libstub in that same folder and 3 libstub folders in your whole section Libs. i corrected your lib folder and i have no error so far. used it on low level and high level in VV, and gold cost. --- this is just a suggestion for the cause of an error, i am so far not good enough to tell you what it is or not
