I released what's left

This addon does:
  • Undo/Redo buttons. You don't need to accept changes (which has costs) to be enable to undo things. Disabled by ZOS
  • Save interim results as "Fashion". (But can not applied to outfits.)
  • Fashion can be shared across characters and other players.
  • Color dye navigation with key-binds.
  • Style Navigation.
  • Single click selection for styles.
  • Searchbox saving different text for dyes, styles and fashions.
  • Reset search text, if focusing with a right-click.
  • Fixing dye sample tool: Reset search filter, if the sampled color does not match.
  • Preserve all three dye slots, so that they do not get lost if selecting a style with just two or one dye slot(s).
  • New dye grouping: Metallic/Matte

This addon is not a work-a-round paying gold or tokens to change your outfit. If your swap outfit regulary consider to buy more slots

How to share Fashion
With /getfashion your current outfit fashion code (<vof>) is printed to chat. Or use the context menu of the Fashion list. You can put it into the clipboard to mail it to other players or post it in forums.
With /setfashion <vof> the string is applied to your character. Applying unlocked/possible collectibles and dyes only.
With /addfashion <vof> the original code is added to your Fashion list for later use.

Dye/Style Navigation
The key-binds to navigate will not be visible. But you can use them, if you have assigned keys to them in the "Controls" game settings.
If you hover a dye slot on the left side with the mouse pointer, this color automatically change on navigating. Otherwise the current selected dye color is changed only.

I'm still working on it. There may be bugs. I also need some testers for non-ESO+. If you like to help, feedback is welcome.

Alternatively, would it be possible to add mouseovers to the outfits shown in the fashion tab so that the user can see exactly what each saved style/dye is, since some of them are too similar to easily tell just from the image.
@LucklessLord I have not forgotten you. I just don't know "when", yet. But yes, I having seen it and it can be done.

It's a shame the major functionality of this mod no longer works, it seems like it would have been really useful. Here I was, 'saving' outfits by just taking screenshots of them!

Not able to apply a fashion after saving it. Also when I apply dye and then go back to armour styles, the lists are blank and the only way to get them to re-appear is to exit out of the table and start over.

i just installed this addon but cant find feature i need

i need checkbox or switch SHOW ALL
to see ALL available outfit styles in game and be able to search thru it

to matter in what items my char dressed
even naked

@armus Applying an outfit was disabled by ZOS. But other additions still working.
I kinda figured that but as a new player/user I'm not sure what the "other additions" are. Sorry I'll read the documentation more.


ok found the "fashion" tab - I see the fashions. Am I suppose to be able to use them in some way? I know the "equip" doesn't work but what does?

Suggestion: Improved Randomize Dyes

Occasionally I use Randomize Dyes to get new ideas, but it's a pain when an outfit has a mix of styles and the "trim" color slot on one piece is the "base" color slot on another. I was thinking how cool it would be if there was a dye randomization that would preserve the associations inferred through existing colors.

For example, say I have the following setup:
  • gauntlet: Sigil Orange, Cold Harbor Black, Cold Harbor Black.
  • chest: Cold Harbor Black, Sigil Orange, Cold Harbor Black.
  • legs: Cold Harbor Black, Sigil Orange, Steel Blue.
  • etc.
  • etc.
Now when I click [Improved Random Dye], instead of applying whatever new color to the left slot on all items, it will substitute dyes using the assignment pattern already established.

It might also be cool to be able to lock a specific color and/or slot. Say you're fond of white on specific parts of your outfit, you could lock those down and only randomize the rest of the outfit.
