I know that these comments are not loaded
They just distract somehow as there are some users which are playign around with the txt files and they do/may not know what the # does. Thus they think the libs are loaded from the subfolder by the help of your txt file, harcoded. In pChat comments one user already mentioned changing your addon to use the libs standalone, where her changes were not making a difference imo as your libs are all loaded as standlone from the subfolders (except LibMapPins) already

It's always great to see such comments somewhere else and not here
And yes, they all should be loaded as standalone except LibMapPins. It is a while ago but i think the reason had to do with it being the only library still using LibStub. Anyway, with the next release i'll take a look at LibStub and LibMapPins. Going to take a look at the pChat issue later. But in my opinion it shouldn't cause any conflicts due to the libraries. Moving them outside the RdKGroupTool/Lib folder shouldn't make a difference as well.

Could you please try the following: - Download the most recent release of Baertram ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/2tazkm1n1i...rtram.zip?dl=0 - link copied from the pChat comment section) - Deactivate everything besides RdK Group Tool and pChat Does the issue still persists? If not, try to enable other addons until the error occurs again. I'm not sure what the issue is as i can't reproduce it. On PTS, pChat and RdK Group Tool both were working at the same time (with everything else disable). Therefore, i think it might be possible that another addon interferes as well. Anyway, it is a very strange behavior and i need more information to understand what the issue might be.

Do not only deactivate everything, just delete them from your AddOn directory (or move it to a temporary location). Even if an AddOn is disable, libraries and other AddOns within the AddOn directory will be loaded nonetheless. |

Hey. Awesome addon. Can you make the Respawn Timer moveable? It defaults under the chat (bottom left.) It's the only thingy I can't move around.
Also, I just switched from PoC to your addon, because yours is more fleshed out. But the other addon would automatically identify the main ultimate every group member is using (automatic or manually selected.) Could yours do the same? Thanks!

This depends on your game's graphic settings. You will have to set the SubSampling Quality to High for this feature to work properly. |

Movable Items
Awesome addon combining some features from a few others, and new ones. Your proxy/shalk tracking is beautiful.
The only issue I have right now that the respawn timer from enhancements can't be moved. Thanks!

Roles renameable
Your addon enabled me to get rid of 7 other addons in total. Thats great. Thanks a real lot!
And i am not finished reviewing my plenthora of addons yet. And i do have some ideas as well: Is there a way to rename the roles? They might be configurable in some way already as multi language support would need that capability IMHO. I use your addon in PvE in trials like AA and such. I suffer from a slight vision impairment and the beams really help a great deal to identify the right group members let alone find the corpses i should resurrect. But assigning the roles, when joining the group as a replacement, is quite a bit of work and the delay tends to annoy my guildmates. Thus: Is there be a way to automatically assign default roles to the usual ones (tank/dd/heal) upon joining the group and still having the ability to change the assignments afterwards? Could you provide me both a screenshot and your configuration? I'd like to take a look at that. Get the config with "/rdk config" -> Export profile. Select all text (select all button) and copy it to a file or upload it somewhere (i think it should be ~18KB in size). Before i give an answer to your questions i'd like to explain a few things regarding the addon: It was meant to be a PvP addon. There are features that had to be implemented differently than you would do it in PvE land. So it is not optimized for PvE. Nonetheless, many features should work properly. So let's talk about the role concept: The current roles should describe most of the roles you use in PvP. Every player can assign themselves a default role (the module should be called role assignment). This role will be propagated through map pins. So there is no need to set everything manually with each new raid as players have flagged themselves. One role (Synergy) furthermore has a special meaning in regards of the synergy prevention module. The issue now is, that you send an ID with your map pins to tell the others which role ID you have. If everyone could define role names, this would be very chaotic and everyone would have to change the role names to match each others configuration. That was the reason i used fixed values instead of a user configuration. The other issue you might experience is that you do not want to enable networking as this might interfere with other addons you are using in regards of map pins (which might result in getting you kicked from the server). I'll have to think about this. I might implement a feature that will remember other players role assignments in case of recreating a group so you'd have to do this once and then you're set for further groups with the same players. But i do not see a simple solution for the role rename feature request. But again, i'll have to think about both requests a bit. Btw. if you're the only one using the addon you could edit the language file. This would be a temporary solution and would require you to change the file with every single addon update. If you want to do that, edit your language file (RdKGroupTool/lang/xx.lua) and look for the following lines: Code:
