Presets Window
- Allows you to save, load, and delete champion point presets
- Presets are saved per tree instead of all together
- These do NOT save your slottable stars! Just the point allocations
- Ability to specify what classes and/or roles the presets are intended for, and those presets will be listed more prominently if you are on a matching class/role, or grayed out (but still selectable) on characters without that class/role. Class buttons are only available in the "Standalone Window" UI option
- Toggle it with keybind or command: /dcp presets
- Comes with some default presets -- working on making these better though

Quickstar Panel
- See your currently slotted stars outside of the CP screen, or inside, or both, or neither!
- Use the dropdowns to switch slotted stars, and confirm or cancel using the buttons
- Can open one tree at once, or click the tab again to collapse
- Toggle it with keybind or command: /dcp quickstar or /dcp qs or /dcp q
- Additional keybind for cycling through tabs
- Multiple settings available like scale, button orientation, which side to display the menu on, etc. so you can fit it into your UI. Or if you don't like it, you can turn it off entirely :'D

Quality of Life Improvements
Each of these QoL changes can be adjusted in the addon settings.
- Enables labels on each star to make them easier to find
- Enables double-click on slottable stars to slot or unslot them from the hotbar, instead of having to drag and drop each one
- Displays a pulldown list of your currently slotted stars, with left to right corresponding with top to bottom
- Displays a chat message when you gain a champion point
- Displays your total CP and CP for each tree on the top left of the CP screen
- Displays a warning if you exit the CP screen without saving your changes
- Displays a warning if you hit the cooldown for changing slottables
- Can hide the constellation art entirely if you find the stars difficult to see against the bright background

Custom Rules
Version 1.0.0 added an entirely new system for (semi-)automatically slotting stars based on your own rules! Gone are the days of forgetting to change out Backstabber on the vSS dragons.
- When you log in with this new version of the addon, a dialog will take you to the Custom Rules menu, where you can add, remove, and edit rules. Or, if you don't want to do the work, you can just import a whole suite of rules that I've defined for my own usage. Shortcut command: /dcp rules
- These custom rules allow you to automatically slot different stars in different zones, for example Treasure Hunter in dungeons, Gifted Rider in overland zones, and so on. In addition, rules can trigger off of specific bosses too, so you can have a rule that changes out Backstabber when encountering a Sunspire dragon, and then slots Backstabber back on after the dragon dies
- There are a lot of options, take a look yourself! This system is meant to slot "longer-term" stars based on your location. If you're looking for something that changes your green stars quickly, such as slotting Meticulous Disassembly when interacting with a crafting station, I would definitely recommend the addon Jack of all Trades which can be used in conjunction with Dynamic CP's custom rules

Known Issues / Planned Features:
- If you don't have enough points to use a preset, it's not handled gracefully, it just won't work. Should use some sort of heuristics to use up as many of the points as possible
- Labels look overwhelming in the main zoomed out screen. Should hide them until zoomed in
- Show slottables with a different font/icon in changes list?
- Show pending changes on the labels
- Double clicking slottable to slot also triggers single click handler to add points into the star, if it's not already maxed
- Redo default presets so only one preset is needed, and it chooses stars in same priority
- Import/export presets
- Some way of knowing if the max points have been put into a star
- Add mouseover tooltips for the class and role icons?
- Option to only show presets menu when pulldown is expanded
- Possibly dock the Quickstars panel along with presets window on CP screen
- Show star in pulldown with a different format or icon or something if it's not committed?
- Add certain (user-specified?) "inactive" slottables to Quickstar menu even if no points are allocated into it, e.g. Backstabber, and ask user if they want to respec in order to slot that star
- Add subzone trigger for custom rules
- Maybe add slottables saving to presets
- Option to disable slottables pulldown
- No plans for full gamepad support
- Maybe localization eventually, but low priority
- etc...

4. I'm not sure I'm correctly understanding what you mean by that. You want the number of points in the passives displayed where?
1. Possible implementations:
- Coloring the label of a star in a specific color(maybe even with a customizable color)
- Coloring the star itself in a specific color(maybe even with a customizable color)
- An additional current level/max level counter after the name of a star in its label
- A current level/max level counter on the right/below the adjustable number of each star

4. Your addon already provides a small toolbar with name + current level of each slottable. What I meant was to expand that idea to also list the non-slottable passives with their current level, but only for the ones which have at least 1 level.

Scope: once you're familiar with the new CP tree reading the name of a passive + its level will be enough to know what your current setup is and if it needs changes.

This is a question I've been getting pretty often. I personally feel like slottable presets should be handled separately from the point allocation presets.

A question for YOU instead: What is your use case for this? i.e. why do you want the point allocation presets to also save slottables?

I am planning to add:
1. HUD menu (outside of the CP screen) with dropdowns that display currently slotted stars and also will allow you to quickly manually switch which stars you have slotted
2. Custom user-defined rules for what stars to (semi-)automatically slot on specific triggers. For example, upon entering a dungeon, slot Liquid Efficiency, Treasure Hunter, etc. Or another, upon the Archcustodian appearing in HoF, attempt to slot something other than Backstabber, potentially prompting the user whether they want to respec if they don't have a different slottable with enough points in it.

Would these two planned features cover what you want to do with slottable presets?

Actually, the presets do NOT save your slottables. That's intended, for now. When you apply a preset however, it will automatically slot the stars if you only have 4 or fewer unlocked. That's usually the case for blue and red presets. The addon will NOT automatically slot stars if you have 5 or more unlocked, because it (currently) can't decide which ones. I plan to make it so it will slot the 4 stars closest to max points, but this still wouldn't cover all cases. You're probably only seeing this problem with the green tree because that tree has too many useful slottables and also require you to put some points into other slottables on the way to the ones you want.
But for the future the addon should just save the currently slotted + applied stars in the preset itself, so when you change the preset it changes the non-slottable passives + slots those 4 stars which you've previously saved in the preset, right?

Actually, the presets do NOT save your slottables. That's intended, for now. When you apply a preset however, it will automatically slot the stars if you only have 4 or fewer unlocked. That's usually the case for blue and red presets. The addon will NOT automatically slot stars if you have 5 or more unlocked, because it (currently) can't decide which ones. I plan to make it so it will slot the 4 stars closest to max points, but this still wouldn't cover all cases. You're probably only seeing this problem with the green tree because that tree has too many useful slottables and also require you to put some points into other slottables on the way to the ones you want.

Maybe you didn't confirm your changes with the game confirm button first, before you save your preset? This happens to me sereral times.

Do you mean that you want Meticulous Disassembly to be slotted automatically when you go to a crafting station? If so, Jack of all Trades does this. I do plan on eventually adding some semi-automatic switching upon entering certain types of zones, or maybe more custom than that, but not really overlapping with Jack of all Trades, assuming that addon does not implement the same functionality.
I'm so sorry, that I posted my comment here. I wanted to post it to Jack of all Trades

I use your addon too, because I find it very usefull for handling sereral characters and sereral profiles for one character. So I have open all the time the comment section of Dynamic CP to observe the newest changes. Want to stay up to date

Glad it works now I've also heard other people having problems, and turns out it was a conflict with an outdated addon that deals with CP (commonly SuperStar) if they've got something that suppresses errors so they don't know that there's a conflict.

Hmm, it's still working fine for me. Are you sure you have committed the points in those trees? i.e. there is no cancel redistribution button? Also, you said that you "create and save" -- do you mean that you're clicking Create, Save, and then Save again? Where are you seeing the "No changes" message?

If none of the above help, can you show a screenshot of your entire screen when the problem happens? And/or list the exact steps you are taking to get the problem, i.e. which buttons you pressed and everything.
I got the pre-sets working on all 3 trees now. I have manged to create different set up on each and can switch back and forth.

I'm not sure what i was doing wrong the first time but everything works great now.

Oh yeah I was going to add a setting for whether to show the preset window whenever you opened the CP window. So you would be able to just turn that off and that would work for your use case, right?
