This is PersonalAssistant V3 by Klingo maintained & augmented by Masteroshi430.

Dependencies

Please make sure to also install the following required libraries in order to use PersonalAssistant:Optional Dependencies

The following libraries are optional and are not required for PersonalAssistant to work properly, but PersonalAssistant is compatible with them:
  • LibChatMessage (1.2.0 or newer) - For showing messages in the chat
  • FCO ItemSaver (2.2.1 or newer) - For considering FCOIS marked items
  • Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter - For preventing transfers of items needed for daily writs
  • LibCharacterKnowledge - for tracking the knowledge of recipes, furnishing plans, and motifs across multiple characters, accounts, and servers.
  • LibSprint - for avoiding PA Consume to try to eat or drink while sprinting resulting in an top right screen warning.

PA General
  • Up to twenty different account-wide profiles per module that can be created/copied/deleted/renamed
  • Keybinding to travel to your primary home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motifs, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Select if items with [Ornate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Consume
  • Auto imbues your weapons with your most stacked poison if the weapon is dry and you have poison in your backpack.
  • Auto consumes set food/drink stack when your current Food/Drink buff has expired (time buffer can be defined)
  • Auto consumes set EXP scrolls/EXP food/drink stack when your current EXP buff has expired (time buffer can be defined)
    are considered experience buffs and use the same timer (non stackable between each other) :
    • Any Experience Scroll
    • Psijic Ambrosia, Aetherial Ambrosia, Mythic Aetherial Ambrosia
    • Colovian War Torte, Molten War Torte, White-Gold War Torte
    all other food/drinks buffs are on the other timer, which means you can have experience buff auto consumption and food/drink buff auto consumption running at the same time.

PA Integration
  • Support for various FCO ItemSaver marks
  • PABanking: Deposit or withdraw item marked for/as Research, Deconstruction, Improvement, Selling at guildstore, and Intricate
  • PABanking: Locked items will not be moved
  • PAJunk: Sell items marked for selling
  • PAJunk: Locked items will not be sold

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined), then there are options to include:
    • Items that are part of a set
    • Items with known traits
    • Items with unknown traits
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items below a definable sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown scribing script/grimoire is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when a set item is looted that is not yet part of your set collection
  • Informs you when a companion item is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character
  • Auto fillets looted fish option : Auto fillets common fish as soon as you fish it/obtain it to get Perfect Roe or Fish. If you previously had a stack of that fish it will also do all stack.

PA Worker

  • Option to block any deconstruct/refine if Meticulous Disassembly isn't slotted (off by default)
    Auto-Deconstruct:
    • 2nd protection to prevent accidentally auto-deconstruct Banked items (toggleable)
    • Protect uncollected set items from auto deconstruct (toggleable)
    • Auto triggers for the corresponding items (following the set rules) when opening a crafting station if no Lazy Writ Crafter writs are ongoing.

PA Loot: filleting fish switches to third person camera from first person

In first person view, when PA Loot automatically fillets a fish, it switches to third person view. Ideally it should block any camera changes during that action. edit: ah, and this is more significant than I thought: if I cast my rod again, it'll block using the fish, and it won't get cut up.

Just tested with a Northpoint Cod, it worked.
It only works with new loot after you set the setting.
Also check in FCOitemSaver or similar addons (if you have one) if the fish is marked differently.
Went to Rivenspire, fished up a rare, still not working.
Turned off all addons other than this one, tried again and no joy.
Then went nuclear, uninstalled the addon, backed up and then deleted the saved variables, then reinstalled, enabled the setting and tried again. Still is not working.

Update: Okay an idea struck me. I turned off the New Life Festival fish exclusion, and now the rare fish are being marked as junk again. So that setting seems to be preventing all rare fish from being marked as junked, rather than just the fish from that quest.

Hello, first thanks so much for updating such a must have addon. To my question, is there a possible community effort into collating a list of itemIDs for all junk items that exist in the game and those that are added every new chapter? This way there will be less need for custom junk rules? Would really like to help in this respect. Thanks for any reaponse

Hi, i am still using the unmaintenanced old version and want to migrate. Is there a way to import all the old settings or do i have to do everything from scratch?

It's the same save file so your settings are kept after migrating.

AutoResearch support?

I wondered if you would like to integrate support for Auto Research, which fills research slots, y'know, automatically.

I've taken a brief look at both bits of code, and it seems like it would be less than trivial to get a good implementation, or reimplement, but not impossible.

If you would accept code for PAWorker to add research (or as a separate toplevel with appropriate integration, I guess), I could have a try at porting, but I suspect you would find it much faster yourself...

edit: oh. FWIW, I suspect the "fastest" integration would be to detect that it exists, unregister its event handler, and then call it yourself at some appropriate time. but that is ... non-trivial since AutoResearch has reasonable use of locals.

I can add an auto research trait feature to PA Worker, I've put it on the TODO list.

wishlist: I wanted to make a PAJunk rule *specifically* for "stolen lockpick", but unfortunately custom rules presently match only the item ID (as far as I can tell, looking at the code.) It'd be very useful to be able to do that; I'd be quite happy to simply destroy, or at least mark as junk, all the stolen lockpicks. They are not worth the slots to clean, and also not worth carrying around.

Hi - I'm finding that marking treasure as junk is producing inconsistent results in that it seems hit and miss as to when it works. I believe I know why though. I think it has to do with the order the if/elseif statements in PAJunk.lua. If lines 651-664 are inverted to the following, it resolves the problem.:

Also, If I have old treasures in my bank and I put them in my bags, the "newItem" on line 548 in the same file prevents it from triggering the junk check. I know by your comment you've considered removing that.

I'm currently working on a new "auto research trait" feature and can't update the add-on until the feature is fully implemented & working but you can keep posting your findings here and I will examine them later.

For the "new item" thing I prefer it working like that but maybe I can add an option to make it work like you would like to.

Undaunted Plunder is Junk

Hello!
I collect my Undaunted Plunder (don't judge me), but it seems that PA Junk is marking it as Junk, no matter what I do. I've ever created rules to say that it gets deposited it in the bank, but if I use the merchant before the banker, I lose them. I've checked every setting in PA Junk and nothing seems to help unmark it as junk. Help?

auto-research

hi! first, thank you so much for folding in auto-research. it is *super* helpful; research is one of those things that quickly becomes a challenge to keep track of. it worked well, slotting in the various research items automatically when I visited the crafting stations today.

there are two things I'd like different:

first, I'd like it to only use items with an FCOIS ItemSaver "research" mark; I suspect it might already do that, but it'd be great to have it explicitly clear. so I don't, eg, automatically submit the "Deadly Strikes" set pieces for research, when they are a PITA to get, and part of a "live" gear set.

(that might just be a hand-holding on/off toggle, or even just some explanatory text, in the settings.)

second, I'd like to set the priority for research explicitly, so that I don't end up with the traits I really want access to at the 30 days each end.

ideally, I'd like to set the priority in terms of traits, and then items, and have it research *across*: learn all the "nirnhoned" possible, then "precise", then ... whatever. you get the idea. if something isn't available, then skip to the next, but pull whatever is first on that priority sort.

does that make sense? the goal being to get access to traits via transmute that I am most likely to need as quickly as possible, without having to do any manual management.

oh there is a FCOIS "research" mark? I will add it so it will autoresearch them then...
So if player has FCOIS installed only research the "research" marked ones, right?
By reading FCOIS's API it is indeed a "no research mark" to prevent research, I have added that security check in 2023.11.21-2

Mmmmh that is a bit more complicated to do and the risk is having your inventory cluttered with items with traits that are at the bottom of your list, here you have the auto generated list of all traits in the settings so you can turn on only those you want to do first.
I understand you want to have all automated but if I do it for all existing different ways to manage the inventory, my life will become a nightmare.
