The new update is great!

Will there be more options to adjust the fog in the future? Coming from Daybreak (and also from the previous version of your mod, since Daybreak broke after Gold Road), doodlum tweaked different variables and let us set them independently. I was also able to figure out how to change the weird "fog" that the sun affects.

Thanks for the new version, works great!

Just want to give a heads up, they announced they are adding HDR next update. When they tested HDR on the PTS before it broke all the fog mods.

Thx works again with DLSS also, it needs to Download ReShade version with full add-on support, best quality present to use for it are.

AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS.fx)

Dev version can work with DLSS/DLAA

To make it work, I had to install Experimental version of this mod.
Then, to enable DLSS/DLAA, I had to replace the existing nvngx_dlss.dll with the OLDER one.
(I used Google to find a place to download that dll)

FogMod_1.7, which is the current DEV version I guess, is what's working for me with West Weald. I'm not currently running reshade (using nvidia game filter), so I used dxgi.dll from the 1.5 version. So far, it's working great even in West Weald. Had to turn off DLSS (it's fine without it).

Idk if this link will work, but it's a screenshot from above Skingrad. West Weald looks like a different place without the fog.

Yep, im trying to have it to work on the real Gold Road ( its launch day ) but the "stable" version crash at Desktop, and the dev version didnt crash but remove everything except menus. Like if i was on a big black fog, pitch black.

Hop to see it fix because i us it all time...
I had the same issue with the dev version at first. make sure you delete all the stable version files, and cut off DLSS or DLAA in game. that fixed it for me

glad it worked. if you are ok trying it, I'm pretty sure you can use the Nvidia control panel to turn DLSS or DLAA on, if you use a Nvidia card that is.

I feel like I'm missing something. The ShaderFixes folder is in the ESO64 folder as directed, I have reshade installed, and I've tried multiple alternate fog depth files, but nothing ever changes. I tried your development version with the dll and that just gave me a pitch black black game with only the UI visible.

I must be doing something wrong, because apparently nobody else has this problem. I haven't had any crashes or anything like that, it just straight up doesn't have any effect. At least ESO_NEXT's fog disabler works but I don't want ZERO fog, I want REDUCED fog : (

I have a shortcut with the following target:
C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /savecred /user:Account2 "E:\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe"

Im not exactly sure what would be causing this issue. How exactly are you using runas so I can attempt to troubleshoot this issue.
