Added ability to completely mute.
Used new functionality from LibAddonMenu.

3.0 Epic Release
You can now mute any NPC. Just talk to that NPC and click mute.
Note: This still mutes crafting and bankers by options menu settings. However this new feature will really help NPC's that haven't been muted.

Update:
Added settings menu with features.
New Feature: Completely Mute sound if you need to.
1. Mute crafting tables
2. Mute banker
3. Option to minimize the sounds to say 10 % instead of fully muting
4. Option to set what you want the volume returned to.

Example:
You like crafting, but its too loud. You can have the addon reduce the sound, then return it after you're finished.

If you're an active trader and frequently visit the bank.. quite a few bankers annoy the hell out of you.. saying the exact same thing all the time.

This addon will temporarily mute npcs if you're talking to a banker. It will un-mute them after you're finished. meaning only the banker should be muted.
However, if other NPC's are muted.. its a bug and please report it.

Added a sakjdsdfh amazing option to mute any npc.
Just talk to any npc and hit mute.

Added options to control which volume you return to and mute too.
Example:
Pick Return volume of Ambience volume to 55 and talk to the banker.
Then check your sound settings, Ambience volume will be 55.

OMG yes, me too! Especially on my one AD toon that's in Auridon. That one banker that says "fivefold venerations" or some garbage. I want to punch him in the throat.

I uploaded a small patch (3.5c) to rkuhnjr's fix.

All it does is eliminate the error messages on startup, and restores the settings menu (with LibAddonMenu-2.0 style using Sasky's wrapper library LibAddonMenu 1.0 to 2.0 Interface).

I may of also updated LibStub to the latest revision, if it was out-of-date (minor bug fix).

I can take it over if you wish, as the Add-on works, and should only need a little maintenance for updates. I already maintain Rainbow Reticle (updated). But won't be offended if rkuhnjr accepts your offer either.

I want to be able to drag and drop directly from the RAR archive into another folder using the file manager without having to go through an additional interface. So far I have been unsuccessful at finding one on the web. Maybe I simply missed it in my efforts for getting one free or at low cost. Or I am, as my wife tells me, "blind in one eye and can't see out of the other." I use RAR, hmmmm, never, so don't have a file manager tool for it yet. This is the first time in a few years I have needed to open one. I used RAR all the time at my last job, but that was on non-Windows systems. Maybe I'm living a too sheltered life.....

I am still getting multiple embedded BankerShutup folders when I manually extract this addon (all my updates manual). When I extract BankerShutup.rar using 7-zip to "BankerShutup" I get: BankerShutup Folder (top root folder) BankerShutup Folder (another sub folder) BankerShutup Folder** Libs Folder Localization Folder BankerShutUp.lua BankerShutUpCommons.lua BankerShutUpGlobals.lua BankerUI.lua MIT-LICENSE README.md That BankerShutup Folder contains another Lib folder (not Libs) and another Localization folder and another copy of BankerShutUpCommons.lua The BankerShutUp-0.32c file does not contain that extra BankerShutup Folder** and is the only version I could get running after 1.6 and now 2.02. I don't want to overwrite what I have if it is going to break what is working for me now.
