Description
This addon shows door icons on the map of every house/building/hut you have visited. When you move the mouse cursor over the icon, building name will appear. Currently it will work for english and german clients only but it's very easy to add french language support. Let me know if you can help - I just need one word translation and testing.

You must do one "visit cycle" to make the icon appear (enter and leave).

Commands
/cleardoors <all/map> - will erease all doors or only the doors on the current map,
/importdoors <character_name> - will import the doors from given character.

Known Issues
Looks like update 7 introduced changes to some maps dimensions. As a result some doors icons will have wrong positions.

This addon will not work in some areas. The Serk in Deshaan as an example. It's because when you leave a house in The Serk, the exit is called "The Serk", but the map POI is called "Quarantine Serk".

Thanks you for this and all your other add-ons. I use several of them.

Just wondering if there is any special reason why the doors are stored per character instead of account wide?

Love your stuff. I do have a request. Sometimes doors appear in the wrong place - actually the wrong map I think but with "good" coordinates for another map. In those times I would like to click on the link like in your Custom Map Pins add-on and have the option to delete the erroneous door pin. TIA

Kraeius, you mean permanent enable/disable from addon options menu or just another map filter (like "Objectives", "Wayshrines", ...)?
DaBear78, why not use Custom Map Pins? I can add the door icon to that addon.

Any chance of adding a possibility to manually put a door? Something like /placedoorhere and then a popup appears asking for the name of the door I want to place and then it's saved at my current position with my choosen name.

Hey,
esothomas, quest markers are provided by the api but there is no information provided by the game when you enter such locations.

Faustus, sorry, can't do that, this functionality is not provided by the api. But you can copy the data from other players and put it into your saved variable.

Cool addon, thanks.

Any chance of adding a feature that adds the markers to zones already visited in the past? For example, a command to automatically add markers to all houses in "x" zone or something. This would be nice for backtracking, since to do it manually would have to revisit every house.
