Thanks for reporting, fixed it. The UI is now really only shown when enabled and cursor+compass visible (but not in loot menu). Upon logging in or reloading the UI this really only is the case when ESO is the inactive windows (e.g. Windows Explorer has focus, don't know about Mac though).

Interesting idea, I added it to the feature requests.

I'll look into it, I want to refactor the code anyway

Re: Re: Not working

Auto mode seems to work fine on my system as of this posting. I installed with Minion. I do not see the button for toggling however. Also, wondering if it may be feasible to add a delay for when the helmet toggles off in auto mode. I use an addon called "Stow It Auto-Sheather" that sheathes my weapon after combat, and it has a delay built in to "allow animations to play". It feels like my helmet disappears too quickly in combat. I'd just toggle it manually if I could find the button.

EDIT: I found the button. It was hidden by another UI element in the top left corner of the screen.
EDIT2: Button is only visible in cursor mode, if anyone else has issues finding it.
EDIT3: No idea if this is related to this addon or not, but I've not seen it before installing this one.

Thanks for your feedback. I didn't see the folder name was like this, it should work now with the current version. (Make sure the folder structure is like this: AddOns/HelmetToggle/files)

Another AddOn already exists which lets you toggle the helmet by pressing a key or using a chat command, I wanted to do it with a button. It's also possible to use both AddOns at the same time.
