Code:

It's too old and needs a total rewrite so I decided to add the similar functionality into FCO ChangeStuff.
Mail favorite recipients, subjects and texts, last used, last 10 used.
-> Already there within FCOChangeStuff and without a maximum number of favorites.
If necessary one could think about a submenu with A to M and N to Z favorites to make lists shorter.

Import of MailBuddy favorites is possible there!

Maybe I will add the friends list options that MailBuddy got there too, maybe not.
You can use MailBuddy as long as you wish and it works.

A simple add-on to help you with your mailing needs!
A must have helper for return mails.
If you want to attach all your stuff with 1 click to the mail & automatically send the mail afterwads, have a look at: DoItAll

This addon needs the following libraries installed as standalone versions:

2 different layouts can be used now. Standard layout will add two edit fields left to the mail's recipient and subject name (old method)
Alternative layout will remove these edit boxes to keep the UI clean. You can show/hide them by right clicking the standard ESO mail recipient / subject edit box.

Several new features have been added:
-Added LAM 2.0 settings panel
-Remember last recipient & subject
-Always use the same recipient / subject
-Show number of total mails in inbox (next to unread mails) -> Excluding sent mails by "MailR" addon
-Show character-/accountname at the mail sent panel, above the recipient edit field
-Auto focus the recipient, subject or mail body field (depends on which field is still empty, and which field is filled already)
-Auto open the recipients list/subjects list on focussing the empty fields
-Button at the guild roster / friends list to show/hide the recipients list
-Remember the last state (shown/hidden) of the recipients list, at the mail send panel/friends list/guild roster
-Disable sounds
-For the old layout: Toggle visibility state of recipient or subject list by clicking the 2 edit boxes left to the recipient / subject fields

Description/Example how to use:
MailBuddy is no Return Bot itsself!

The RETURN (or RTS, or BOUNCE) subject is only used for OTHER addons, like Wykkyd's Mail Return Bot or MailReturn.
You need to additionally install one of these addons at the recipient's account. If he/she will get mails with the subject RETURN, and opens his/her mailbox, the Mail return Bot will return the mails automatically.

MailBuddy is just the ther part at the sender side to speed up the mails, remind the last recipient and subject, etc. so you are able to quickly send several return mails right after each other.
In addition with the addon "DoItAll with FCO ItemSaver support" you could just open your mail sent panel, MailBuddy remembered your last recipient and subject, you press a keybind to "Attach all" items currently shown in your inventory (comes from DoItAll) and the mail will be send automatically (DoItAll settings) if it is full (or not, depends on your settings). You just need to confirm that the attachments will be sent.
Afterwards MailBuddy puts the recipient and subject in again for you (and if you have configured it in DoItAll) the next attachments will be automatically added and next mail will be sent automatically if the mail is full (if configured in DoItAll).

Now the address book appears next to the Friends List & Guild Rosters when you open them, pretty neat!

Set a keybinding via Esc>Controls>Keybindings>MailBuddy>Copy Name !

When you mouse over a name on one of the lists press the button selected to copy the name to the selected page
on the address book! Working on one for the group list as well!

Fixed alternative layout not being able to click any icons (hard to find out but seems ZOs changed some XML controls and thus ZO_MailSendSubjectField could not be used as a parent any longer, but ZO_MailSendSubject, the backdrop and parent of that control, needs to be used now). Thanks votan for the hint to the right direction!

Info for the future plans: Mailbuddy might be discontinued in the future and integrated into the addon "Postmaster mail". Not sure when and if this is going to happen but the UI of Mailbuddy is very old and special so there will most likely be some easier list UI with more possible entries and newer code, as a kind of plugin. Only the alternative layout via right clicking the subject/recipients box will be used then though as the older layout of Mailbuddy is taking too much space and disturbs the eye.

The addon is still maintained but seems to have some problems with the clicks there.
It worked on PTS and now on live it does not anymore

As I find the time I'll fix this. Currently not able to.
So pleae wait a bit.

btw I do not know any other adddon providing similar lists.

I had this before with some other addon, maybe it was AUI idk. After redoing my addons (i use bandits UI now) that went away. I know I can click reply at the bottom, but right click it much smoother and I was used to having that. 2: Glyph mode: I'm a pretty busy crafter and sometimes people ask me to make 200 glyphs. Its a huge PITA to send 30+ emails with 6 glyphs at a time. I would love to have a way to say I wanna send 200 of X item to @user, and click send- then it attachs and sends the items with a progress in the subject like, 200 "Name of item" being sent in 34 mails, 1/34... then it proceeds to send 34 emails to the @user with the glyphs. Edit: Sending 6 glyphs costs like, what, 10g per mail? Maybe it could include a COD option to cover the cost of sending if its someone we dont necessarily like that much. You are very welcome. A quick favorite recipients list, subject list, and auto-refilling body (maybe even a future list of saved bodies) are excellent features! As a guildmaster I send a LOT of mails and this makes it so much easier!

I should have mentioned in my first post that my edit only works with the Alternate List enabled.

What do you mean in detail please?
There are possibilities to setup the mail subjects as predefined ones in a list and load them with 1 click.
The email texts won't be saved as "predefined" texts though.
There are options to remember the last send mail text and refill it automatically in the next mail. But nothing like "email subject & body in combination via 1 click" loadable.

I'm using a Notepad addon to store longer mail texts and copy them from there.

Or use Votans Addon List to have an even more comfortable dependency info bubble at the addon line, including automatoic activation of the dependencies if you enable the addon. Unless i'm completely blind, i can't seem to find the dependency i'm lacking. this is on both my computers that i've recently gotten this error. What dependency is needed, friend? Some of the subjects are hard coded (return, rts, bounce).
The others can be deleted by clicking on the small icon to the left of them.
