It's only 1 button which will mark all shown items as junk (respecting ItemSaver and FCOItemSaver settings as usual) if you are at the vendor sell tab.
It will unmark all shown items (items marked with ItemSaver and FCOItemSaver won't be respected here! So all items, marked or not, will be removed from the junk!) if you are at the vendor's sell tab, and there at the "junk" tab in your inventory.

-Added option to support FCO ItemSaver's different icons and panel settings (Anti-destroy, Anti-Mail, Anti-Trade, etc.).
If you enable this setting the adodn will even sell items marked for selling, deconstruct items marked for deconstruction, etc. It uses the settings for each Anti-* setting from the FCOIS settings menu.
So deconstructing an item that is marked for deconstruction and for selling, and the option to "allow deconstruction of items marked for deconstruction + other marker icons" is active, the item will be deconstructed.

Refinement/Extraction delay
Tony, the delay works just fine. I've tested it with a maximum value of 10 seconds and I waited for 10 seconds!!! after EACH refinement/deconstruction part.
The current settings only allow 1 second (1000 ms) as maximum. You will even feel a difference between 1 second and 200ms. At least I do :-)
I don't know why it shouldn't work for you.
If you want to have a value higher then 1000 ms as maximum, which makes no sense at all imo, or do you want to wit for seconds after each action, I can change the possible maximum value for you.

But if you get kicked refining so much at the same time it is maybe a sign to refine more often and with less items I cannot change the game's kick behaviour. I think you might even get kicked after waiting 10 seconds after each refinement, if you refine 200 items at once. Maybe the game is just concipated this way. Sorry I cannot do more about this. The development is correct and the delay works properly.
It's tested with several items, with chat time output where I can see the 10 seconds or even 1 second time difference between each action.

About the guild bank: No sorry
I won't add it as the guild bank is unresponsive and not working well at the moment and I don't want to waste time on it. Sorry.
Each time you have to wait for seconds until the next item can be pushed to or taken from the bank.
You cannot react properly on this so all items get pushed to the bank properly as I have written before.

About the keybinding: No sorry
It is too much effort and would result in many errors with the keybindings if I dynamically change the button to start/stop actions.
Just press the keybind to start it and press the "ESC" key to stop it.

About dwemer scrap:
Which one is not refineable? :-) I can't think of what the problem could be here. Any more information?

about dwemer scrap - there is only one in ESO
or you need a link?
yes addon wont refine this raw material
it just skip it

For me it works perfectly. Dwemer scrap will be refined too.
do you have marked the dwemer scrap with ItemSaver or FCOItemSaver? It won't be touched then

You could invest some time to try to rebuild the crash (without all other addons enabled though! :-) ) or just see if it happens again and if you can find out why.
I tested it with my disguises and it didn't crash until now.

btw:
My bank crashes here and there if I have several addons activated and the lsat tab that was opened at a guild bank/bank was the "materials" tab or some tab with a lot of items.
I guess it is because each item will get scanned by ALL addons that check EVENT_INVENTORY_SINGLE_SLOT_UPDATE etc.

cant reproduce twice
can be connected with MailBuddy
because on next opening of mail UI mail buddy extra windows become hidden

Nope, it was added to comply with MailBuddy The older DoItAll version just rememberd the recipient but not the subject and thus is why sending mails directly after each other would loose their subject (like RST, return, bounce) :-(

just tested
default 200 ms not enough for deconstruction
300 too
but 400 and 168 daggers - all fine!

need to increase default value in next vesion
or made thissetting account wide

PS - for 200+ items 400 ms not enough too!
will test 600 next time
