This addon has a few different behaviours:

Make absolutely everything lower caseOnly make messages that abuse all caps lower case. (See below for details)
Make absolutely everything upper case


There is also an option to mark affected messages


What counts as abuse of all caps?
- Message is longer than 10 characters
- Message is 60% all caps
