RipFilter

What it does
Displays killing blows, death count, who *you* have resurrected and a recap of all attacks before a person died.

Recap

Access by typing /riprecap or use Keybinding or click [RECAP] in the RipFilter tab
Live recap for any person (keep clicking > on recap to get to live)
Resizable recap, (full mode and compact mode, expand recap to max width AND height to see full)
Player selection
Options to increase amount of attacks to remember and to merge/no merge attacks

Unknown Deaths

Now outputs a message when a person died far away. e.g. portals in cloudrest or in another zone (it will show as Unknown)

Shortcuts: (see ingame ripfilter options for a copy of these commands)

/rip Killing Blow Count
/ripr Resurrections Count (only shows who you resurrected and how many times)
/ripd Death Count
/ripmenu Shortcut to menu
/ripreset Resets all counts
/riprecap Show/Hide Recap Screen

Options:

Rip Filter Tab Output all information to a separate box
vTrial Autoreset Counts So you dont need to reloadui/reset when you restart a vet trial only
Colours Player and Group member text colours
Nameplates Choose better more visible fonts from the "misc" category

Keybindings:

Available for displaying and resetting counts

Seconded. I'd love this. Anyone know maybe how to edit this ourselves in the lua file?

I had no idea what that new window was from, and so no way to know which addon settings to go to to customize it. An option for having it hiddn when not in a group would be useful. Also, I probably missed it, but I can't find any way to get it to show up again if you close it.

The nameplates option is great, but whenever I switch zones, the nameplates reset to the default no-outline/font style. I have to open up the addon and re-select everything or I have to reloadui in order to refresh it. Tested with all my other addons disabled and the problem still persists.

thanks ! didnt know anyone used that haha i sorta added that feature as a secret/quick addition years ago when i needed to see which side people were on in vmol on the twins boss, and yeah they always reset

but i will look into it and see if i can improve it/fix it !

Yeah, I've been looking for an addon that adds outlines to names lol. I didn't actually know this one did that until I downloaded it and looked at the options. Fingers crossed for being able to fix it; if no, not a big deal, I will still use it regardless.

updated it, it seems to keep the font settings now but you may have to to move a little from the wayshrine for it to switch to the selected font, i also added some better fonts

I did not like the initial font either, but I had absolutely no idea what was changing it until I looked in a forum and found another author that said this one changed fonts. I would have never thought to look into this addon to find it. Now that I know what it does though, well, I too really like the shadow outline to make reading much easier. So it is a big improvement. In my opinion, the feature should stand alone, front and center as one of the more compelling addons around.
