    This is just the TreasureMapData.lua file translated to german and made working with the german ESO client.

    You still need the original Addon!

    After you installed Treasure Maps, download this file and unzip it to your Treasure Maps folder (by default: ...\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\AddOns\TreasureMaps) after this, Treasure Maps should work fine with the german ESO client.
