PersonalAssistant (Banking, Junk, Loot, Repair)  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.5.24

PersonalAssistant V2

There are already many addons out there that support Auto-Repair or Auto-Gold-Deposit functionalities, but none of them had the features I'd like to have seen. Because of that, PersonalAssistant was born.

After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. But not only that, I also added many more features that I could not even have thought of back then. I hope you will have as much fun using this addon, like I had working on it!

PA General
  • Up to twenty different account-wide profiles per module that can be created/copied/deleted/renamed
  • Keybinding to travel to your primary home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motifs, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Integration
  • Support for various FCO ItemSaver marks
    • PABanking: Deposit or withdraw item marked for/as Research, Deconstruction, Improvement, Selling at guildstore, and Intricate
    • PABanking: Locked items will not be moved
    • PAJunk: Sell items marked for selling
    • PAJunk: Locked items will not be sold

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined)
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items below a definable sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when a set item is looted that is not yet part of your set collection
  • Informs you when a companion item is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character

PA Repair
  • Repairs your items for you when you visit a merchant (threshold can be defined)
  • Repairs your items out on the field when you have repair kits available (threshold can be defined)
  • Recharges your weapons when they run out of charges and you have filled soul gems available

So either I would need to check the average durability over all items, but then you can have outliers and still not trigger the crown repair kit. E.g. if the average threshold is 50% and you have 1 completely broken item but the others are still around 60%, then it would not use the repair kit because on average you are >50%.
Otherwise I could check if the worst items is below a treshold, but then you have the risk that a "powerful" crown repair kit is potentially used only to repair one bad item.

Or what rule would you suggest that triggers the crown repair kit?
I'd go with a slider that is the total estimated gold value to repair, across all seven pieces, if done at a merchant. That way, you're directly measuring the net value you're getting out of the kit. Generally this is about the same effect as your average % measure.

And in your scenario where there's one really bad piece, but the rest are fine, that that should still trigger the rule for popping a grand kit, no? It's not all either/or.
One note... Those kits repair not the seven equipped pieces, but everything in your inventory. Just FYI. Calc that now

Hi Klingo,

A few questions:

1. I think PA Junk miscalculates the gold summary when selling, at least, to the fence. Can you please check that? I just fenced a few stacks of stolen stuff, and it told me I sold 300-something worth, then I fenced a 10-stack of green loot, and was told I sold 100 worth. Apparently, it counts 1x, not stacks.

2. I think I asked before, is there a way to make rules as for what to sell and what not to sell to Pirharri? Or at least, disable selling to her automatically.

3. Is there a way to make complicated rules like, e.g.,
Mark weapons as junk if they have blue or lesser quality, cost no less than 50 and are basic/racial motifs?

Hi,

Love your addon - is there anyway to copy a profile, to allow the easy creation if a slightly different profile.

Thanks in advance

Absolutely love the time this addon saves me. Couple of suggestions.

Would it be possible to get a more elaborate rule system? For example, I'd love the ability to move all non-locked jewelry to the bank.

And would it be possible to get true "per character" settings instead of the limit of 10 profiles? With per character settings I can setup rules for food and poisons specific to that character. Obviously I can do that with the profile system but the system is limited to 10 profiles and you can have more characters than that.

Thanks!

sell non-crafted option

1st I want to say I love this addon. Because of it I got to consolidate a lot of other ones since it does everything all those other ones did, except 1 thing.
Previously for selling I used Dustman and you have most of its options integrated, except on the sell part, I can't differentiate between crafted and looted items.
Mainly because I want to sell all picked up potions/food/.. but obviously not the crafted ones.

Would it be an option to implement this rule?

Character-specific move-rule?

Hi, I want to try this add-on but have question.
Can I set up this rule "move woodworking item (this and that) to character bag (but only for this character)"?
Thanks.

Hi!
I would love to try this addon, it sounds very useful Unfortunately, something seems to go wrong when I install it - my settings for my other addons disappear from the settings menu (except for 5 or so), including the PA settings. I can put a shortcut to the PA window and it opens properly. I followed the explanation that I should right click on an item and click on PA in the context menu. Unfortunately, I don't have PA in the context menu of any item I tried (weapons, lockpicks, ...). Is this a known error? Does anybody know what I could try to fix it?
I have tried reinstalling it and deleting the saved variables - didn't work... :-(

Per character level, there's a very limited number of pots/food/drink the game drops. I just added per item rules for those 6-7 items to autojunk them.

Most rules are per character.

Is there a way to have PA repair follow the game's soul gem setting re: whether to use filled of crown soul gems (or, if it can't, add the setting into the add-on itself)?

Feature Request.

Please would you allow the Active Profile Title to be displayed in chat on login.

It could be controlled through a checkbox in settings just like for the Welcome Message.

Reason: With a full set of 18 chars I do not play them all regularly enough to remember which profile I have set active for them.

Thanks

Individual Item Rules Question

Is there any way to make the "Individual Item Rules" per character? I set up some manual rules for the addon on a stam character (like how many stam pots to bring/keep in inventory), and they carried over to mag toons lol.

Yes, for every character you can select a different active profile in the "PA General" settings.

Done.

New setting added for this.

Have you tried disabling all addons except PersonalAssistant and its mandatory dependencies?

Yes, for every character you can select a different active profile (with different "move" settings) in the "PA General" settings.

Not planned.

Kind of planned to support that, but currently I lack the motivation for ESO and thus to finish that :-(

Yes you are right, it did not consider the stack count so far. Fixed now.

I added an experimental option for that. Since I don't have this assistant, I can't say for sure if it indeed is working across all languages. Please let me know if it should not work.
(The new setting disables auto-selling to Pirharri by default)

Works fine.

There's another thing I noticed (it definitely was going on for like ever, just became noticeable with antiquities and a LOT MORE thieves' caches looted) -- there seems to be no way to make PA differentiate between different stolen trait/style materials. In particular, the chalk that drops from thieves' caches.

Unfortunately, they don't have quality set meaningfully in-game, so that doesn't work. Thinking of ways to deal with it, I thought -- is it possible to make per-item "never mark as junk" rules similar to "always junk"?
