This Addon displays Leads in all their glory.

Either via /displayleads or keyboard shortcut

With a lot of information, including detailed Lead Location in a tooltip.

It as well has a ton of filters. Of Note of those:

Major Filters:
- Can Scry : Shows only Leads you have found but not yet scried
- Can Find : Shows only Leads you can find (no unscried yet Leads and no non-repeatable found ones)
- Missing Codex : Only shows Leads you can find which have missing Codex Info. Aka the Lore Completionists Filter

Zone Filters:
- Current Zone : Only Shows Leads pertaining to the current zone. Changes as you travel through Tamriel
- No minor DLC : Excludes all the non-Chapter DLC (Murkmire, Dragonguard, Clockwork City, Wrothgar,..)

Set/Type Filters :
- Multipart Antiquities: Only shows the juicy multipart Antiquity Leads

The three Filters are logical ANDs

So "Can Find" "Current Zone" "Multipart" will only show missing leads for the current zone for multipart Antiquities

thanks for the report.

I have gotten such off-main-location reports for a number of leads over the years. They are very rare per lead though. Almost makes me think some leads are added to additional loot tables with super low drop rates..

So far have not included those. Don't wanna steer ppl towards farming those mobs where getting lead is like getting aetherum dust drop.. when main location has much much higher chance...

got lead for ring of the pale order from Rat boss in bad mans hollow
so its definitely not only trash mobs

thabks for the praise and the feedback.

From testing and your code change I assume you are talking
about the situation when "can scry" is selected?

The builtin green ones not showing iin can scry s a feature and not a bug. Was a concious decision.

While true that one can scry them. It is as well true one can always scry them. So they would always show up and drown the rest out.... them being scryable is implicit. No need to make it explicit..

As for the difficulty filter..

I thought about it at the beginning. But UI space is already limited. And I was able to simulate/workaround the desired effect /usecasrs (novice, master antiquarian) by simply sorting by difficulty. Bovice sorts ascending. easy ones on top. master sorts descending. difficult ones on too...

But, (there is always a "but"), it seems that the filter "Everything" and "Hide obvious" are showing the same list. From the tooltip I know that "Hide obvious" should filter out all the default green leads from each zone. But these leads are not in my "Everything" list, so I can filter them out ?!

And can you add a filter for the lead color (e.g. show only green and blue), that would be very helpful if you start a new character for scrying and you want to filter out all the higher leads or if you are master scryer and you only want to focus on the golden and orange ones.

pretty sure it's a copy/paste job by devs that did not get cleaned up properly. They forgot to delete its entry in one of the tables...

bovody has found afaik. And it's type is empty instead of furnishing like other maps...

Ancient Map of Fargrave

Hi there,

I am hunting all ancients maps of the game. First of all, I have a German ui, so I translate the words here, I hope I git that right.

Concerning the deadlines dlc, I see an "antique map of the deadlands" - I got that lead correctly, so no problem there.
But there is a "antique map of fargrave" and on my screen, it does not show where to find the lead. As I did not find any reliable info about this lead, I though I ask here.

Can somebody please help? Is this an existing lead? If yes: Where do I get it?

i = 460 is the id of the first antiquity from High Isle. Either there is an error for that line or the line is missing in the locale/locationsdata_language.lua file.

What language are you using? Can you check the [460] = line in the corresponging locationsdata_xyz.lua file?

theoretically could be permission problem of minion on the locations file. In which case it might as well lack the permsission to delete the file. So deinstall/reinstall wont fix it. Deleting the whole displayleads folder should though. Then reinstall....

In any case check the [460] line in your locationsdata_xyz.lua file...

UI Scaling option in Settings solved that for one other person. If it doesnt. It's just a question of vertical pixels and number of entries that causes it. Dont know how to do scollable dropdown I am afraid. I just use the standard dropdown provided by eso.

Not really helpful but you'd need to get more vertical pixels. Aka a new monitor...

I am having the same problem on my laptops where I can no longer select "All Zones" once I have selected one of the options under "All Zones".

Moving the Display Leads window up or down does not resolve the issue. When you select the Zone dropdown the list completely fills the vertical window and the "All Zones" option is not selectable as it gets pushed up above the visible window.

Is there any way to add a scroll bar to the list. That would solve the problem.

The only workaround I can use is to exit ESO and edit the displayleads.lua SavedVariables file and change the "Zone" value back to "All Zones" and relaunch ESO.

am kinda in maintenance/location update only mode with this addon.

Am working, well not working on right now..seeing it is summer, on two others.

Maybe once I am done with those over winter I migth give it a go.

I find it easier to work on a group at a time but if you don't think this is worthwhile then I'm fine with that.

Maybe sometime Zos wil implement a summary page for Antiquities.
Thanks so much for creating that picture. Now I understand.

I just use eso built in dropdown item and I dont think it is possible to make it contain a column or to slave a secondary to the first one. And wouldnt know how to make an additional pop for the summary.

Best I can give you is a "workaround". Use Everything. Then sort by "Set/Type" column. Should put all the groups together in succession. Will not give you exact number. But you'll get an idea and then to "work on a group at a time" just filter with the last dropdown for that specific group. So only those show up.

UI Error

Hi,

I'm using Version 3.4.7 and updated 06/19/2022. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, today and am still getting this error message in game. I haven't a clue what it means so I thought I'd post it here:

I am having the same problem on my laptops where I can no longer select "All Zones" once I have selected one of the options under "All Zones".

Moving the Display Leads window up or down does not resolve the issue. When you select the Zone dropdown the list completely fills the vertical window and the "All Zones" option is not selectable as it gets pushed up above the visible window.

Is there any way to add a scroll bar to the list. That would solve the problem.

The only workaround I can use is to exit ESO and edit the displayleads.lua SavedVariables file and change the "Zone" value back to "All Zones" and relaunch ESO.

UI improvement request. Minor.

I would just *love* an indicator that shows the total number of leads currently displayed. Less useful when looking at an item like Ring of the Wild Hunt; it would always show 3. But, in Never Dug Out|All Zones|Everything, it would be the total number of leads I'd never dug. In All Leads|All Zones|Everything, it'd display the total number of leads in the game.

I'll restate it here again:

The existing column called Lore already shows "missing codex entries". I'd appreciate if you could say this is not what you are wanting.

you say "total number of any missing codex entries"... do you mean like a column summing up the missing codex entries? Say if there were 5 rows with missing codex entries in the lore column 2,3,0,1,1 then the additional row you'd like is 2,5,5,6,7?
I agree the 'Lore' column does show the missing codex entries for each item, i was asking for a summary by the grouping you have, here is my rough image,



I find it easier to work on a group at a time but if you don't think this is worthwhile then I'm fine with that.

Maybe sometime Zos wil implement a summary page for Antiquities.
