ok, i did fresh install of this addon.
delete all saved variables
also temporary delete all addons except this one
i withdraw all unfinished stacks (not multiple to 10) to the mules
now it looks like this

i able to refine few things, only with those two addons enable too, but 10 rough nightwood still remain and wont be refined
at the smithing station no reaction... when u push Extract

FYI they didnt fix icon for Oblivion's Foe from the release, i reported this bug like in June
so idk why you decide do not change them by hands:p
there is only few of them need to be fixed, not all

looks like glitch
ok i disable level tooltips, but i cant find an option to disable/move green arrows
