Now that some people have the Steam version, the steps you mention will need to be slightly changed. On the account page for ESO, it mentions that the player manages their sub through Steam. The player in turn has to go to account details on steam to manage their subs and on that, it shows when your sub will renew.

Some keybinds allow "Chordings" or multi-key binds by default, but most don't. This lets you use multi-key binds for anything, even the ones you usually can't.

"tailleur" is only the name of the quest, while "couture" is the string used to take this quest.

As others wrote I can't make the addon work as supposed, but I found that if I don't spend (in the spec builder) all my skill points, eg. I left 1 point unassigned, it works like a charm, exept for the respec section where it always tells that I don't have enough points to respec.
