I use the pet dismiss addon right now, but before changing to yours i want to know if your addon dismiss also pet company (i am really up for the combat pet dissmissed i more than one place, but personally i dont want my pet company like cats or dogs beeing dismissed)

If you dont see any change after you play with the options, quit the game, log in, and even eventually do a /reloadui after.
THose are pictures and need sometimes to do more that one time.
in fact each time to play with the option, remember that :)

Leave the game, Open the 2 folders :
-common_textures
-common_textures_smooth
and in each of them remove the 3 files below :
battlegrounds_scoreboardbg_green.dds
battlegrounds_scoreboardbg_orange.dds

Unfortunatly, after playing with these addons for some days now, and totally removing Hide some Things, the problem persist with DarkUI alone.
These top\bottom bars are intended in DUI, except of smooth backgrounds option, so this is not a bug. HideSomeThings doing pretty much same thing as dui does, so i wonder why got your probl...

Hide Some Things may cause your problem, DUI cant do anything like that. Actually smoother backgrounds will remove these borders aswell.

In the addon Dolgubon Lazy Creator, the LibFeedback is version 1.3 (no manifest)
The version of the LibFeedback in ESOUI download is 1.21 (manifest existing)
The Libfeedback listed in the game Libs is 1.21
Combat Metrics use the 1.21
Which one is used by the game ? Which version is the good one ?

Not certain, but it seems you do not have the last version as the addon actually do not reference anymore to LibVotansAddonList.
If you tried with Minion, remove it completely, and try again or just download manually the last version
If i am wrong, then the Author will probably find out better than me :)

I was wondering if you would consider adding an option to also scale the player pointer, it has always bugged me that it is so small and I would love the ability to make it bigger.
