i cant moove or resize it... the mouse pointer also dont change his type on arrows when i moove it above minimap border, etc
i cant screen it because the mouse pointer dont apper on screenshots, as far as i know
i also can show this bug by sharing my Pc in skype/teamviewer

I can't reproduce that. When I enter mouse mode I can move and resize Mini Map.
strange.. i cant do this. even if i turn off all other mods
can you share your SavedVariables file?

Why on Earth would Zenimax NOT want their customers to get the full experience of the game?
Obviously, its not a single-player game, and this plugin gives huge advantage to the player in the PVP zone, againts players who do not use this plugin
