But if open Guild Store (with or without AGS addon), then Banker window looks like at the screenshot.

Are you using the addon PerfectPixels by chance? I just noticed yesterday, that if I run this addon too I cannt sell at the normal vendor anymore.
Added a fix to my local version as PerfectPixles somehow breaks the vendor window so FCOIS is not able to detect that the vendor was opened.
It fixed the stuff for me at the normal ven...

The reason it did not work was, that the addon checked some data like the name and index.
And sometimes the name and/or index are missing (as Votan's Addon List addon adds rows which are no addon, but header lines).

Did you update FCOIS to the most recent version 1.3.9? It should be fixed with it.
Maybe delete and reinstall it just to be sure.
Check that there is no txt file in the folder FCOItemSaver\libs\LibLoadedAddons ! If there is one delete it pls!
