You either have installed Fisheman while ESO was running and/or included the zip filename as a folder.
You have to delete ShaderCache.cooked file. The location is AddOns\VotansFisherman.

Surveys for Alik'r Desert aren't being marked by Survey the World. Maybe it is because the surveys just say "Alik'r" and the location is "Alik'r Desert"... maybe not... just a guess.

Just a thought - is there a way to make your minimap "always on top"? Cause there're some useless UI elements that I can't hide and they're shown right in the spot where I usually put my minimap (looking at you dungeon queue status).
Others had exactly the opposite problem. But I think about it.

I think this addon is the source of lots of those "insecure code" LUA errors. It must be doing something in a non-standard way.
I keep getting consistent LUA error when I use FCO Item Saver keyboard shortcut to lock/unlock an item followed by trying to withdraw/deposit that item from/to the bank with the usual E key.

that is because "new", "unknown" zones are created by cloning the zone 27 (Wrothgar).

Not being tech savvy, I can't seem to get the minimap to show up in ESO. I have it loaded by Minion and it looks like it's ok on the character loading screen (meaning it shows it's loaded). In game Add-on interface says it needs a dependency, but I can't seem to find out which one it needs. Been trying for two days and I'm at a loss...
