It may actually be because it isn't zipped properly. The format of the zip should be:
.zip folder > AutoQueue folder > addon files.
If you change that, it might show up.

This is a minion problem, and you'll be able to get better support by asking on the minion section of the forums. You can try making sure minion is pointing torwards the correct folder, deleting your addon folder, or manually installing the addon.

/resetwcsettings will reset the settings.

I've encountered this bug on live: Edit: I seem to have not had the latest version at first. I updated the lines with errors from the current version. They still show, just different lines.
All the errors seem to throw the error at the same line. They are thrown when I have a character I am not currently on selected in the USPF wind...
