Yes it's a ZOS bug (more precisely, item database mess), and it's been there since before launch. Some materials have bogus level information. Like you can find Wormwood level 1 or level 37.
can it be fixed somehow? like for AGS, hardcode the level of every mat into addon to sort?

its already got the option the "purchase notification" in the chat, just need the addon to save and give access to then by some command at anytime
why do we need that ?

ill better turn it off for now
may be way to repro
press R(search) too early while all filters still not loaded
in the moment when addon triggered dialog skip etc
