This particular message is coming from ESO Master Recipe List. That addon has a setting to turn that off - something about ignoring the stolen filter?

I have noticed one small problem: In the lockpicks chat message: lockpicks 2<10, I have 10+ lockpicks in my backpack. Small problem, but I thought you would want to be aware of it.
I've released a new version that I believe fixes the problem....

No they merged clients almost a year ago it's just the user\documents\live\savedvariables\ folder now. This is why patch times are now the same on both servers.

On EU I'm still guild-master of my guild. That's the only difference. Same addons are used on both servers.

This issue is fixed in the last update. However, I've found another issue. The first item you steal isn't counted by the addon. It doesn't exist for the addon. The addon marks 0/140 (for example) when you already got one stolen item in your bag. Second stolen item is counted but is marked as the first one.

It is not supposed to look at anything in the junk tab. It was designed that way.
The fence 12/50 is telling you that you have 12 stolen items not in junk and that you have a maximum of 50 sells to the fence left for today. Since you haven't fenced anything, that means you only get 50 chances to fen...

Top edge of the screen, right side. I use Wykkyd Toolbar with research timers shown, and the whole thing centered, so I put the TT's toolbar right next to that. It seems to always move slightly after relog.
I have not been able to reproduce this... Sorry.
