Shopkeeper works for me, but I got CTD with DataDaedra enabled.
What's CTD?
The next problem appears when i reset the store to refresh it since it doesn't show my newest sells. I reset shopkeeper and it starts refreshing. However, eventually nothing happens or i get kicked off the server due to spamming (?!).

Since the update Shopkeeper causes the game to crash when i enter a new zone. If it's disabled they game works fine. Does anyone have the same problem?

It seems that "controls" subfolder ("Destinations\Libs\LibAddonMenu-2.0\controls") is missing.
Try to delete Destinations folder, download the latest addon version and then unpack new addon version from the downloaded .zip file.

Clean install, couldn't even get to the settings menu. Only other add-on that I'm running in FTC.

Any specific situation when it happened?
This error message means that compass pin does not have correctly stored coordinates, so I need to know map name where it happened and if it happens always when you enter specific location.

The first error says that Libs\AceSerializer-3.0\AceSerializer-3.0.lua is missing. In other words you do not have copied all files from the archive. Please reinstall addon.
Second error says that LibStub() does not exist. Same issue as above. Whole subfolder Libs is missing, please reinstall addon.

Would there be any reason why LMP (or the game) would stop displaying a monospaced font properly? When I first added the font to my addon, it was displaying properly monospaced. But I do not know if a game update changed that or if it something with how LMP interacts with the UI.
Only reason I can imagine is that you use old version...
