The account wide profiles are in the champion point profile section of the addon. You can access that via the three buttons in the topright corner.

Just to make sure:
When applying your skills the hotbars are not applied automatically. You have to do that separately.
1. Click on "Options" => "Show hotbars" (The Option Button is on the topright corner of the addon window).
2. Click on "Apply Hotbar" which you now find at the bottom of the addon window
3. The addon now waits...

If you use 1.5.2 your Scyring Skill Line inside the addon view will be broken - if that's the case use the minus button to completely remove the first to skills from that line and then add them again with the plus. Otherwise the addon might fail to reapply your skills.

Ok, I just uploaded a new version where I fixed that (sorry it occured in the first place).
The issue iskip posted earlier is probably not an issue with the addon itself but with a missing addon file (if you have the same issue just try to download it again).

I think something similar should be good enough. You could check for the CP level, select the next lowest preset and use 1-2 stars to dump "leftovers" - if you want to automate it somehow.

Ok, you're right. Just added that. From version 1.1.1 on, whenever you log in, the addon will check if anything is missing and save that (or, if it's the skills that are missing, save everything, because then there won't be any saved data at all).
