its really sometimes hard to track especially if blues hiding in the yellow keep and steal scroll without fight or siege
and if you miss promt message on the screen you easy can miss the scroll
we need this info in cyrHUD PL...

its a bug
That's the way it has worked the whole time. I even explained that on the "Addon Info" page under the header "Filter Options:" before I quit playing ESO. I also explain it in the video.
