FCOIS is not able to recognize them and i'm not willing to add functions for it, sorry to say.
Or maybe use AutoCategory or Inventory Assistant or another inventory management addon to hide/group those items.

Thank you Solinur and Baertram! While this issue isn't a deal-breaker for me, it's nice to know it's been fixed. This is such a useful addon, I would hate to think someone might not have tried it because of a few negative sounding comments!

After the Wolfhunter update I've noticed that the Client no longer outputs the items it's uploading to the site, or removed from listings. It does give me a correct "last sync" time at the bottom, but no text beyond the initial "login successful" when it first starts.
