As an addition to Zuleyus' post (thanks dude) you need to make sure all references are to GearSetSort instead of QualitySort.
The main one to look out for is in suggested change #2 replace "qualityHeader" with "gearsetssortHeader"

Quick fix for the overlapping menus...

Quick fix for the overlapping menus some people are having.
Go into /AddOns/SetTracker/ and delete the "libs" folder. Make sure you have all required libraries installed seperately.
Looks like there were some old versions of libraries in teh package that were causing conflicts
