 visual bug with attribute bars started from ~ 2.8 version

After loading game FAB+ make health bar not visible. Trying delete all settings and addons in folder "live", leave only FAB+ with no results. After clicking on some settings like "enable Action bar resize", health bar upping but until relog or restart game
P.S. trying actual version v2.8.7
